I agree with this. CAs make you explain the lore and explain what you are going to do with your transformation (and it is a transformation) due to it going beyond your base form and abilities. FAs and MAs are most often done with progression and teaching, while CAs expect you to know everything you're getting into when you become it. That's the difference, you aren't learning to become a cursed child, you are becoming a new creature with different traits that go beyond a normal descendant. It isn't about how powerful they are.

The fact you guys are missing the point is crazy, he didn't make this because of changes to appearance or other things. It's because people can lie on a FA and not get investigated. On CA's, staff are slightly required to check if a person is being transformed, this is the same logic of making a homunculi an FA and not tracking if they were created by a tawkinist correctly.

The only reason you are arguing against this is because there is more work going to LT, which frankly, they should be put on more work. It is not that big of amendment, it's just better to track it and make sure that the necessary rp is required to making them. Who knows how many people play cursed children at this very point without the proper rp?

Also, the argument that physical augmentations don't make a CA a CA, is stupid. If you were to take the fur, paws and ears away, you get a regular elf from a KHA. Please relook at the amendment proper, and see how this could cull bad rpers joining the ranks of CC.

This amendment was taken to an internal vote and was denied; at this time LT has no interest in implementing this. Cursed Children are solely a mark on the soul, and by no means are anything that warrants a CA, not to mention the litany of issues it would cause.
