Plots are quite cheap here, a small plot is 400 minas, a medium plot is 600 minas, while a large plot is 900 minas. Houses are a little bit more but still, fairly cheap (i am also allowing people to expand their houses, which at the moment costs 100 minas but that may change) a small house is 600 minas, a medium house is 800 minas and a large house is 1100 minas.
