Here is how the guild is going to work now. We are going to have one shop in the district that I run. Each member of the guild will get a forge there in the district to make things and do the jobs I assign them. They will bring me the equipment and I will sell it. From that I will pay people and buy things for the guild. Arbrek and Bravo will be reimbursed for the money they payed for there shops. I think that having one shop will make this an easier and more efficient system. I will assign jobs out to members of the guild as I and others receive them. The forges in the district will no longer be shops! I will region each person for their specific forge so that I can place items in each and so can each of you in security.

This system is experimental. If it seems to not work out I'll go back to individual shops though I believe this system will make it easier as there won't be competition among guild members and people coming to buy won't have to remember which shops have the best prices. I will distribute jobs evenly among everyone as their skill allows. I hope this system will improve how the guild runs. I would appreciate feedback. Thank ye.

Reason For Joining/Bio (at least 1 paragraph): I am a guard, a proud one indeed, but I always seem to go through swords and armor far too quickly. It would be a great privilage to be able to support meself in war, and guarding.

Me kin I currently 'ave a mine dat be in need ov Blacksmiths due tu te Forge bein closed in Kal'Alras. Dey do nae trust us yet but 'opefully soon I can convince dem to open the Forge so it can be used for the rest of the dwarves as ov now I be in need Blacksmiths who are dedicated tu wurk fer dose who be wantin to mine. Omithiel I 'ave been wantin to git smiths inta Alras fer a while. Tis seems like a gud idea. While ma smiths will still be in my guild and my authority I think this is a gud business opportunity fer ma guild. We always beh needin more ores and mina. I will send ye 3 smiths ta 'elp yer mining operation. Forgeman Kanatar and his apprentice Thurimar along with one other. Kanatar I expect ye ta git the 3rd member of the dwarves ta go there with ye. I can open a repair booth here. And, I got a job as the Official Guard Smith(At lest thats what Flynn said to me). I can get the normal tools they use repaired, so that will generate income.
