Hail to all new-coming applicants!

Are you ready to join the most loved roleplaying, epic server in all of Minecraft? Yes? Great!

Here are a couple tips and tricks to consider while applying and/or starting your character!

1. Application:

Always make sure you answer the application to the fullest. Make sure to include lots of details about yourself in real life, as well as show that you have culture, and personality. It always helps!

2. Show your Roleplaying Skills:

One of the reasons I got accepted quickly, was because I showed my roleplaying skills while being a Wandering Soul. How? Well, you're definitely not the only one in the lobby. When I first logged in, I noticed there was not much talk at all occurring in the Wandering Soul Chat. I knew that there were quite a few in the chat, but none of them seemed engaged! Truth be told, I was extremely excited to join the server. Literally ecstatic. I couldn't wait to start my own little worldly character! I simply asked "Would anyone care to practice some Roleplay?" A few others said "Sure! Sound's great!" So there we began. It literally felt as if we had already been accepted, minus the fact that we couldn't interact as well with the actual players. Being in this "Band of Brothers" was my reason for getting accepted. My new friends and I all met up in the Cloud Temple, and then we just wandered, coming to a stop at a reformed church along King's Road. We told the stories of our lives, almost identical to those we posted in our applications. To be honest, We literally spent five hours in the lobby, just roleplaying. about the first hour in, Someone began spamming expletives in the chat, so we had to disregard our roleplay for a little, trying to get the other person to stop so we could continue. A GM came on, banned him, and we continued, unaware that he was secretly watching us as my friend Bircalin said "Alright, let's continue the roleplay." We went on for another hour, until more spammers came on, and history repeated itself. Then, the third time, and the same GM as before finally said: "You guys have been at this for hours, nice job, you're roleplaying is going to be loved in Aegis." We then got accepted.

Keep in mind, this is only a small part, but showing and helping others to roleplay to the fullest, even when not accepted can truly help you in the long run.

3. Be persistent:

Although I definitely do not recommend bothering GMs and FMs to look at your application, I do recommend spending at least an hour going over your application, and if you get denied, redoing the entire thing. I've seen many turned down the first time, and then, after trying again made it into the server. You have to show that you mean everything, not that your application is a phony.

-This is all I can think of now, but I WILL definitely add more on when I think of it.

Follow the guidelines, read the rules, and the lore.

Best of luck,

Haelphon (( or IGN: AcerBuddy. If you see me, feel free to stop by to chat ^_^ ))
