This topic documents the following -

Duties of the Council Members.

Current Staff.

Open Positions.

Applications.

And all messages to the council from the public.

Current Staff -

Nation Leader

High King -

Syrio Forel

- Nation Leader. He is over all, and his word is the final law, overriding all statements except for a full council vote. He can be removed from power with the vote of all of the council and one of the higher tier votes.

High Tier Council

Viceroy -

Martin

- Oversees the nation has a whole, and is the High King's Right hand. He manages the council and Alras as he see fits, with the High King's permission.

- manages outside relationships with nations/groups.

Lower Tier Council

Master Architect -

Omithiel

- Head of all Alrasian Architects, and has final say in building designs. Designs goverment buildings, and decides city/colony building policies.

Royal Engineer -

Kalen Forseth

- Deals with redstone and building. Leader of the A.E.G., The Alrasian Guild of Engineers. Designs redstone mechanicisms for the Nation of Alras and it's assets.

- Deals with construction and management of the city.

Harvest (Duke/Duchess) -

Anora Minesmasher

- Manages farms, Mines, and all other sources of materials. Manages the Farmers of Alras.

High Constable -

Arn

- Deals with military and the safety of Alras and it's assets.

Grand Merchant -

Lucien

- Deals with economy, managing prices, and the imports/exports of Alras, Works in-sync with the Harvest Lord to control output of farms/mines.

- Manages outside financial relationships with nations/groups.

This is the current staff of the Alrasian Council.

*NOTE To the high tiers, I put the 'duties' of the council as I thought they were, if I was wrong/forgot something with some of them, please contact me to make amends to this document.

well they will reply here or you could walk to alras and find the high king or find the person in charge of applications

I could contact my brother about the Harvest Lord job, he has been looking for a good job, and loves farmlands.

It's a shame the Royal Librarian doesn't have a seat on the council...

Maybe in the future, or you could go for Royal Herald, and possibly combine the jobs afterward.

Hello,I have a questions. Im pretty new to the city and still live in the slums,I hope it will change soon.What I wanted to ask is,if Im like taking the part of an herald,could I be upgraded to a low tier council,If im doing my job very well?

Just to tell you,I would work as a Herald,would like to have this quetsion awnsered first.

I would record with Fraps (video)

(Here is my channel,german letsplays)

If audio,I would record with WavePad Sound Editor

If type,Yes im typing very fast,but I think I could write down with my hand too.

What would be the best,if I could type/write down everything at the council meeting,but after that,rework it, while watching the video material.

((The video quality is great! Fill Out the application and contact us ingame. This is the last council position we have available until the new world, good luck!

Edit: Royal Herald IS lower tier, the only higher tier member is the Viceroy, and he is hand picked by the High King. You would have all powers of a normal council member and be free to construct and manage anything that relates to your particular job.))

- Reason you wish to join the Council as the Royal Herald: RPlike: My father was interested in beeing a politician.He has written books about it. After he got infected by that virus,he told me to be a politican too. First I didnt have known if it is that good for me,but then I took a decision! I wanted to be politician. Im really interested too see how other people are governing a country.I would write all down,what has been discussed about on a meeting, and then I would like to analyse it for myself.

OOC: Im really interested in politics,because in my opinion politics are VERY important. I like to think about different kind of politics and talk with other people about that.

- Are you a citizen of Alras? Yes (I live in the slums though and I have some problems with money because of the food )

- Organizational skills and tools: For every meeting,I will make a little plan,how to write down faster and notice everything. I already had some ideas.

- How would you document the meeting? Recording/ Voice Recording/ Typing

- If Recording, Do you have the know-how and tools used to edit recordings? Yes

- If Voice Recording, Do you have the know-how and tools used to edit recordings? Yes

- If Typing, How many words per minute can you type? Can you keep up with coversation? Yes,I can keep up with the conversation,I just need to do everything like in my plan. If it wont work that way,I will write it down and then rework it with the video files.

NOTE: I will be on vacation from the 22-27. I dont think,I could help you very much at this days. I will have my pc there,and I'll maybe come on LOTC at the evening.
