I was unable to get hold of anyone today during my trip today in the sister city. My business was to find someone that would be able to rent out the Sister City Community Building for a sort of meeting that I wish to organise. I was wishing to hire it for a day or two [An evening irl]. Of course I can pay. All I need is the hall itself as I will provide entertainment, catering and security.
