Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I am a lover of minecraft and the whole experience of the game I also love rp and have played many role playing games and the idea of it in minecraft really appealed to me. I have just finished school and am happy to finally put down my studies and play some minecraft and really hope I can be a part of your server.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?: About 1-3 hours daily usually about 2 hours.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.: role playing to me means to play to your characters backstory and to see the world through your characters eyes.

In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are. I believe metagaming is to use one’s personal or out of character information to affect there decision or choice in game such as using someone’s name tag above their head to find information about them and powergaming is to try to gain advantage over another player by giving them no opportunity to resist like killing someone without provocation

What do you expect this server will be like? I expect this server to be a good rp experience and to be able to meet other people who enjoy rp as much as me.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I have played on one of my friends servers I left because I didn’t like how the admins had a huge advantage over other players as they used cheat commands to put themselves well above the lower ranks.

Character Name: Oromis

What is your Race?: elf

Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.) Oromis came from a poor background his family were extremly poor. But there love for each other kept them going but when oromis was just 5 there home set on fire everyone died in the fire but Oromis was in the fields when it happened. When he reached the home that day all that was left where the charred remains of his family home out of frustration and anger he ran and didn’t stop until he passed out in the forest where a young hunter found him and took him in. Oromis is now 25 and now wishes to return to his homeland with wealth so that he can have his own family and they will be more fortunate than he was.

Your characters ambitions: To Earn his way in the land of aegis and bring home his earning for a better life

Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do? Oromis will do anything for a fellow elf and fires a volley of arrows at the bandits skillfully hitting them in the legs and preventing them from moving. He would then approach the elf and attempt to figure out the full story

Your character walks up to a shop in the middle of Al'Khazar. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer: “Hello friend how much are you asking for the Bow over there

Your definition of roleplaying in a little unclear. Backstory? Why not the whole story?

Being orphaned is cliche, and so is miraculously finding somebody willing to adopt your character. Your biography does not develop your character at all, only justifies why he has no family and hasn't been in elven lands before.

Your open response questions need more detail, including dialogue. There is no "would". Tell the story. This is an opportunity to show that you can roleplay and avoid metagaming and powergaming.
