I am a game maker and storyline writer. I love to do any form of role playing. I used to make videos on Youtube.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?:

I could spend 4-6 hours per week at the least. The most time I would be able to spend on there ranges from 8-12 hours per week.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.:

Role playing is acting out a fictional character to develop a story.

In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are.

Metagaming is the use of external information to give your character an edge over others. Example: Using Skype, Teamspeak, forums, etc to let your character learn about happenings and characters he's never seen or heard of.

Powergaming is when a player makes an action without letting the other player make an action as well. Example: Another player and I are having an in game conversation. The other player starts getting mad at mine. He then attacks and kills me without giving me time to react properly.

What do you expect this server will be like?:

I am expecting that this server will have a good role playing community and that it will have a great atmosphere for role playing.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:

I play on Nexalion and FearofMobs. I left MinecraftWorkBench because I got bored and a lot of my friends left the server.

I have read and understand the rules. I agree with the rules completely.

How did you hear about us?:

I saw the trailer a while back but I decided not to join. A while later SuperMaxo1000 started posting about it, so I decided to check it out.

Biography:

Apareon was abandoned at the age of two by his real parents. He was found in a forest out side of a village.

He was adopted by a family of two.

His adopted mother was a Tailor and his father was an abusive drunk.

Apareon was a very quiet child. His adopted father would beat him if he tried to stand up for himself.

All of the kids in the village picked on Apareon because his dad was a drunk. He would come home sometimes bruised and bloodied. When he turned ten the bulling stopped and he was left alone. To him being left alone was worse than all of the torture that they put him through for those brief years.

Only one person ever became his friend, Olette_Horrosa. Both Olette and Apareon were very much alike. They had both been abandoned by their parents and adopted by another family. (I asked SuperMaxo1000 if it was ok to use her character.)

When Apareon turned twelve his adopted father kicked him out of the house saying,

"Twelve year olds can take care of themselves. Now get out of here so we don't have to waist any more money on you!"

That was the day that Apareon stopped caring about anything including his own life. He stopped eating and just laid against the side of a house for days. Olette found him and tried to cheer him up. She eventually got him to eat and told him that there was more to life. She even told him her dream of sailing on the seas.

Apareon decided to leave the town and never come back. He left Olette behind.

Apareon is a very quiet, calm, and caring person. He would gladly give his life for his friends. He does not care about races he will work with anyone.

Apareon's personality has another side to it though. When he was kicked out of the house he unknowingly let in pieces of dark energy which allowed the darker side of his concience to grow stronger. Underneath the smiling face lies his other personality. If this darker half of him ever takes hold then he will seize any opportunity he can find to rise to the top and make everyone pay for what happened to him as a child. (A major event would have to happen to get him to switch to this personality. Apareon is not going to be a villain.....not yet anyway.)

Your characters ambitions:

To find his childood friend Olette and protect her. To prove that his life is worth something. To get rid of his "other half."

His darker half wants to find any way possible to destroy his enemies and make them bow at his feet, even if it means serving Iblees.

Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do?

Apareon would run to help the elf fend off the bandits. He would then ask the elf if he was hurt during the fight. If the elf says that he is ok then Apareon would walk away without a word. However, if the elf says that he is wounded then Apareon would stay with him till his wounds healed.

Your character walks up to a shop in the middle of Al'Khazar. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer?

"Um....I'm looking for a map. Do you have any in stock?"

- Your application was very good but one thing made it a denial: The biography. It was very in-depth and it was well thought out, I looked through until I saw the last part which doesn't really fit in the world of Asulon.

That, to me, sounds like a character from Naruto which is an example of powergaming. I suggest you leave that out next time and write something realistic. Otherwise, this is a great application. Sorry for making this inconvenience for you.
