What has driven your town to become a city? or Why is this settlement choosing to become a city?

We've got 2 diamond VIPS and one Bedrock VIP, we would like to create a place where nation leaders can meet without being able to cause conflict.

How active has your town been in the world? What history and events have occurred in your town? or What do you see this city growing to become?

We are active, however, we do not acutally have a town plot yet, but as previously stated, we would like to start on the building of a large place where nations can meet and discuss politics, without being able to conflict eachother. Like a land where no one is able to fight, for it is neutral.

How will your town evolve to adapt to this growth?

I don't think it matters too much about location, as long as we got 200x200 plot down to bedrock, i think we will be fine. Ask juvens about it, he is more the locationknowing man

There's no way it'll be 200x200, especially in valuable monk land

and without citizens, down to bedrock isn't goin to work
