I like drama I preform on the stage, I also like minecraft and have played it for several months now since descovering it when whatching nova and spoons play through. I play a lot of RPG games such as the last 3 elder scrolls games, Mass effect and dragon age. I love rpgs and I also love minecraft so the fact that you bring them together is amasing

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.:

Role playing is changing your behivior to asume a role. So for me it’s the talk and the backgroungd is very important for making decisions and so power gaming. Or as oxford dictinary says according to wiki a “social role” but its all the same acting is usually used for social things like on the stage or in LOTC for example to socialise with other players while going along with the servers themes and having more fun.(but that’s just oxford)

In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are.

Meta gaming is the use of ooc decicions like accsessing knowledge your charicter has no access to like where a the human capital is evan thought your charicter has never bieng out of Malinor. eg knowing someone’s name from when they talk to you in chat.

Power gaming is using force whan you havent evwn moved so saying I sent 3 arowws into his face when you havent even moved. Anouther way to say it that I found to is that you think you’re the toughest the smartest and the best at etherything but im not so sure about that one.

What do you expect this server will be like?: etherything ive seen on youtube but so much more fun and much more bigger and better than any outher server.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: gioboi and it got boring just pvp after pvp I want more to do than just rampage I want order and well an role playing server and yours is the best

Flornren Okengate

What is your Race?:

Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): Flornren was born into a normal farming family. His brown hair and green eyes were the key features of his person.One day when he was sixteen him his parents and sisters were sitting by the fire when a horrable fire broke out which destroyed the house and killed his mother and sisters.The local gards said it was just a freak accedent, but he knows a lot different;no fire that big could have happened when there was no rain with the lightning. His farther never recoverd and gave Flornren his grandfarthers copper mask and said it would bring him luck. The mask was said to be a Undead item found in the early days of the war and was recoverd by Flornrens grandfarther who was a member of the UAC and died some time later in a raid on a fortress, then Flornren began to think that the fire was the undead trying to recover the mask and get revenge but he quickly dismissed it because of his trumatised state. So Flornren left home with his copper mask and a few clothes. After Flornren left his farther went hunting for who did it...his body was found outside a undead fort several months later, he was thought to be a solier slain in the bitter war(Flornren never knew). So now an 18 year old elf with green eyes and brown hair with a copper mask is all he has of himself. A week after he set off Flornren came across a orc who looked like his leg was bitten by a wolf or a cat mabie. He asked the orc what was wrong and the orc said that he was bitten by a wolf a couldn’t walk and said his village was only down the road. So Flornren helped the orc up and carried him down the road to a small village off the boeder of Malinor. Once there the orc said he was a blacksmith at Al’Khazar years before and that he had noticed the copper mask and would like to give him some light armor to go along with it. So now better off on his travles he sets out into Auslon.

Your characters ambitions:

he wants not to be rememberd as a farmer but as a hero a lord a knight ready to protect all and serve the land honourably to the death.”forget the farmer become who you were born to be”(no LOTR twisted quote there)

Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do? without futher hesitation he gos over and shouts “stop!” The bandits ignore him so he draws his sword and shouts “stop right now or I will have to stop you!” Then one of the orcs turns around and trys to attack Flornren so in a defence he kills the orc and then the outher one knocks the elf out and charges towards him in a rage. With his back against the tree he closes his eyes to hear the orc screem and lay on the ground with an arrow in his back and a gard stood behind it. The outher elf soon awakes to explain to the gard what happened and all is cleared up.

Your character walks up to a shop in a quiet market. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer?

“hello do you know of any houses for sale in the area and do you sell seeds?”

The shop owner looks at him and then down at a piece of paper on the desk which reads “help me they are in my house they have my daughter.Don’t mention it they are whatching” Flornren quickley takes the seeds as the shop keeper takes his minas ansd puts them on the desk and runs to the local guard post. At first the guard doesn’t believe him and then he reconigses the shop keeper has been acting rather strange. So 4 guards go to the house and look in through the window and they see a girl tied up and men questioning her so two guards go round the back of the house and then the outher knocks on the door. Stupidly the guard opens the door and gos for his sword as the other guards pile in the rear entrance, the kidnappers never stood a chance. After an hour on cleaning up the shopkeeper arrives thankfull he gives Flornren 150 minas.

It is with a heavy heart that I say, please do not apply again to the server.

I believe that 11 applications to the server and you still do not understand means that perhaps you are not right to be on this server after all.

I shall still give you reasons why I have denied you:

You do not understand the difference between an RP and an RPG.

Your definition for powergaming is incorrect.

After all these applications, your biography is still not sufficient.

The answer you have written for the first RP question does not explain any of the combat or the RP which would happen in the server.

Even with pictures and a tutorial you were not able to embed an image into your application, this leads me to believe you would have equal trouble following other commands given by admins.

Again I am really sorry. Perhaps if this server is still running in a year or two's time (which I strongly believe it will be) you should try to apply again then. But for now I think it is best that you do not.
