The Denari Talons are Open for Business

*Lore:

The Denari Talons were founded after the collapse of the Mirach and utilised the derelict barracks in Ascella to keep power in Andromeda. When Haradda was destroyed by the monks some people thought that a guild would be a good option for a living but they lacked the resources and experience needed to create one. But now through hard work, grit and determination the Guild that they had all longed for had finally materialised and those with nowhere to go after the destruction had a means to a good life. They decided on a Mercernary Warband was the best option. They are sworn to pretect Ascella and Andromeda but do contracts elsewhere aswell. Each member is bound to the "Terms of the Trade" a list of rules that they must comply with or suffer serious consequences:

1. Brotherhood: Unless a member steps out of line you must not attack him, steal from him or do anthing else against him. All disputes should be resloved by a vote, treaty or duel. Both members must agree to the terms of the duel and agree the time and venue. Turning down a duel is frowned upon.

2.Business: All earnings and loot must be declared to a commanding Officer who will make a record of it and distribute it amongst the Talons.

3.Domination: You must obey your orders and fight as a groop. Wars are won by teams not by individuals.

4.Incrementia: Rome wasn't built in a day, when we conquer lands we stop and gather our energy being brash and trying to do everything all at once will only get you killed.

5.Reliability: Stay true to your word and be trustworthy for example don't say "I'll take the high ground" then go down a valley.

Ranks: When you first join you will be an Initiate you can work your way through the ranks as follows:

Initiate-New recruit

Squire- In training soldier and will serve under a specific psoldier of which commands and organises them.

Warrior- A tested soldier that can work independantly if necessary

Veteran- Battle Hardened and Experienced soldier that may take a commanding role in situations and is well respected.

Queastor- Experianced officer at a rank comparable to Captain

Legate- Trusted General that leads the forces of the Talons

Regent- The Ruler of the Denari Talons he has the final say in everything -Cresaran

Payment:

As stated before you are on a pay by input scheme. The more you do the more you get paid, for espionage you get 50-75% of the contract's earnings dependant on how well the contract was fulfilled. Merchants get half of their earnings minus the costs of the goods they sold if you bring your own goods you get 75% of the earnings.

Areas:

The Denari Talons are a fighting force they are multi purpose and are very skilled fighters. The roles are:

Bladesman: Sword and either Heavy armour or a bow.

Berserker: Battleaxe and Heavy armour

Ranger: Bow and Blade with light or no armour.

I may have use of you in the days to come. Contracts are always a good way to earn dosh but it should be noted that they are sometimes hard to carry out.
