What weapon you are most comfortable with (and your stats for swords, axes, archery, wrestling and smithing): im a master swordsman with level 100, and adept miner, and a fair wrestler (cant remember the exact level). I am also skilled at dodging attacks.

How long have you lived in Salvus: Almost since the founding of asulon. I first settled in hanseti, then came here on a holiday if you like, and met the priest Dimitri. he took me in and i have been his guard, or housecarl, for a while now. I live with him now. I also do odd jobs for the Kights Legacy, but thats only for money.

Why do you wish to join the Peacekeepers: I wish to fight for the place i love most in asulon, as everyone is friendly and lovely people to be with. If this were to fall i would take a dagger to my chest, but first the people how brought it down. i also wish for a title of honour. When ever i visit the Kights Legacy encampment, i am spat at and pushed because serf is sort for one thing with them, and that is mercenarry. They think, Why should he get payed for the stuff i do for nothing? so therefore im an outcast. i also feel ashamed. if there is one thing my childhood guardian taught me, it was never become a mercenarry. I have let him down.

What military experience (if any) do you have: As i said earlier I have served as the guard of Dimitri the Priest but also i have been a member of The Knights of the North, in which i took part the fall of wraths clutch. I have also braved many dungeons for there treasure, but if that counts is a mistery to me.

(Name one of the laws of high accord and the fines that can be imposed from it.): I have read the Whole post (it took some time) and have the knowledge that stealing from the nation can result in banishment, execution, jailed for a week IG, or the confiscation of your goods.

It is with a heavy heart and sore lungs that I inform you all of my retirement.

I Vrol Goretag the first high constable and now commander of Salvus will be retiring from my position, as many of you know I've been very Ill for about five years now and have been thinking about retirement since however with all the turmoil of High Constables coming and going I knew I could not abandon the men. But now Valen has brought stability and a sense of pride and judgement similar to my own, I wish you all the best of luck with your futures and you should all serve Valen as you once did me I will still be in Salvus and will help you with any problems you have, but the fighters life just isn't for me any longer. I just hope I was able to inspire and help you as much as you did for an old Orc like me. Stay strong, stay brave and never turn your back to your enemy and never turn it on your country.

I've been in numerous wars, was a city guard ((In celestine)) for twenty years, and have been in countless small scale skirmishes. *Kvothe seems about to write more, but decides against it.*

Yes.

For breaking a law of high accord, there is a fine of 2000-5000 minas, you can be jailed for 3-7 days , execution, and banishment from Salvus, as well as possible seizure of items you have inside of the city.

One of the high accords is killing a citizen, guard, royalty, or really anyone else in an unlawful manner.

How long have you lived in Salvus: I have not bought a house in Salvus but I have been there many times and even fought with them. I believe I would make a good PK since I was a head guard back in Kal'Urguan in Aegis as well. Valen is also my IG uncle so I know he would be a great leader for me! If im accepted I would fight for Salvus until I fell.

Why do you wish to join the Peacekeepers: I wish to defend Salvus with my life and help it prevail. I want Salvus to be feared and not be looked over so I would help it as much as possible. I have gone to Salvus many times also so I thought it might help more if I was to join their army.

What military experience (if any) do you have: Bfff. I have been in many wars and have great experience. I have fought beside Valen many times and he knows my ability to weild an axe. I know I could help the PK become much stronger.

What weapon you are most comfortable with (and your stats for swords, axes, archery, wrestling and smithing): My weapon of choice is most certainly the sword (level 99). I am, although, fairly skilled in hand-to-hand combat (level 83 wrestling). Although I may not be a skilled archer, smither, or good with axes (all 0's), I am skilled in the ways of combat, allow me to at least have the advantage dexterity-wise and strategically.

How long have you lived in Salvus: I have not yet lived in Salvus, in fact I am searching for a home, and I have found this great city.

Why do you wish to join the Peacekeepers: I have the need to keep order to the city of which I have seen as a marvelous one, and will be willing to give my services to such cause

What military experience (if any) do you have: I've fought in some battles, like the Battle of Galahar, and was part of the Vanguard of Laurelin for quite some time, before the move to Asulon.

One that stands out as important is Unlawful Murder, any killing that has no justification, and can cause a fine of the suspect of up to 5000 minas, jail them for up to 7 days, or possibly even execution, banishment, or have their possesions seized.
