Do other dwarves look at yeh strangely fer spending time on th' surface growin' thin's?

Do yer mates shake their 'eads when yeh tell them about yer latest harvest?

Does yer pappy tell yeh yer startin' to become a halflin'?

Then th' Farmin' Guild might be fer yeh!

Th' Farmin' Guild is the offical farmin' organization fer the Dwarves. We are th' ones that supply all o' Karik with th' food it's needs to run. It be run by th' Groundskeepe Saviticus Irongut. He's a Druid so he knows a few thin's about tillin' th' earth!

O' course there be a few rules.

-Rules-

1. Yeh must not disrespect th' Groundskeeper. If yeh do, he might make a mushroom grow up yer arse!

2. Yeh must collect yer quota worth 400 minas each week. If yeh don't, th' groundskeeper will fill yer 'ome with a variety o' shrubbery.

3. Yeh must plant back what yeh sow. If yeh don't, th' groundskeeper will make yeh carry 'im around Karik fer a week!

-Quotas-

This is what everythin's worth.

Wheat: 2 mina

Sugarcanes: 1 mina

Mushrooms: 4 minas per pair of mushrooms, red and brown

Melons: 0.25 minas

-Ranks-

Groundskeeper

Th' Groundskeeper is in charge o' th' guild, and make all o' the big decisions. He make sure every farmer fills their quota, and grows mushrooms up the arses of those who don't.

Legend has it that Saviticus Irongut was givin' the position for savin' the king from a 'orde o' zombies by growin' various plants t' fight them. Grateful', the king gave 'im th' title and th; hand o'his finest daughter in marriage.

Gardener

Th' Gardeners are th' dwarves that 'ave put up with helped th' Groundskeeper th' longest. They are rewarded by gettin' a wage receivin' the respect o' the groundskeeper and their peers.

Farmer

Th' farmers compose th' majority o' the guild, and all dwarves who join start 'ere. They are expected to work 'ard an try to reach th' rank o' Gardener, 'owever unlikely that may be.

*A letter sent to the farming guild from the Treasurer.

Ta followin dwarfs 'ave missed tis years quota:

Odsarh Frostbeard (begreen98)

Elric Blackaxe (watthe21)

Mili Irongut (Leland22)

Kilgrim Blackaxe (EpicDAX)

Due to ta complications in ta most resent quota we will wave all unfilled chests, tis is due to ta announcements made by Grand King Broski, which stated tat we will not be collect ta quota tis year but was latter changed. For t'ose tat did put in ta quota will be givin an extra leniency fer future reprimands. I expect ta see ta chests filled by ta next quota.

-Treasurer Skath Blackaxe

((I know farming in this server is difficult and much more land is needed than usual. I suggest you expand your wheat farm land. Also I will be making a quota system for farming animals. This will be given to only a few farmers.))

I still need a dropoff chest in the Vault so I can deposit my quotas, right now I'm just keeping it in an lwc'd chest in my house.

All those who 'ave not payed be warned, tis is your first strike; and to get one tis early means anyone who doesn't pay from now on will be removed from there positions. Make sure ya pay ya next quota.

Also I will say it again tat ya should expand ya farmin land.

-Skath Blackaxe

((It is unacceptable so many members of the Farming guild to not pay their quota this week. We expect full chests by next week or perms will be removed. Also the due date for the quota is on a Saturday. I check on Sunday, but it could be anywhere from 9AM to 9PM. So please put in your quotas on Saturday, otherwise deposit at your own expense.))

((Also, as you might know, we will be making a new capital city, and we will need the everyone to help. If we, as a community of Dwarfs, work together and do our jobs to the best of our abilities we will make our nation great and powerful once again. Take into account that you are the blood of Karik and without you we will die out. We need you to be strong and persevere through these tough times and throughout the construction of the new city we will need you more than ever.))

Saviticus, we need to expand our farm. Maybe build each member their own farm!

Aye, that's a good idea ye 'ave there. I'll look into it.
