Aerinyes 402 Share Posted March 10, 2012 This is not a legal elven charter. Malinor has no claim or jurisdiction over any areas in the mainland at this time. From my sources this is within the Cloud Temple area. This town is not condoned or supported by the High Council of Malinor. To do so would violate the sanctity of the Monks at the Cloud Temple and violate their sovereign right to the land in question. ((The circled area is the area in the screenshot. As you can see this is no where near the elvish peninsula. This post should probably be moved to the Cloud Temple Charter section. Its for the monks to decide if it can be erected, not the Elven Council. If you're looking to live in an elven Village there is Normandor, Normandor Docks, and Elandriel. We're constantly expanding everyday. If you'd wish to open a village under Malinor or in Malinor's lands, the elven charter section is your best bet. Make sure it is in elven lands.
