Overpriced Houses.

I was walking around the elder tree and I saw a medium sized house for sale, I walked over to the sign and saw that the price was 14,000 Minas! So I went into the house to see what would make it so special. It was unfurnished an wasn't that big.

I was in Alras recently and saw houses that were only slightly small than this house and were only 3000 minas.

((I think a price of 14,000 is riducolous since one can buy a 25x25 village plot that goes down to bedrock for that price. I know that workers would have to have been paid for the creation of the elder tree but even so. 14,000 would scare off many customers.)) The house also didn't even have any view or windows if I recall correctly.

Let me know what you think and possible reasons for why there is such a high price.

While houses in Elandriel may be a bit overpriced (in my defense I don't set the prices :P ) houses in Elandriel are currently 3000. The houses in Elandriel can also be built to how the owner sees fit and can be expanded at any time. If you have any questions you can contact myself (Rathriel), Sythra (Aerinyes), or Toren (RubberStamp) in game.

((Those were the prices before the mina reset. I'm not sure what the new ones will be, thats up to Bravepaw.

But the reasoning being is its the Capitol of Malinor. Living there puts you close to the center of everything in the Elven lands. I expect the prices might change, but they will still be relatively high compared to outside the city. You also get many amenities too if I am not mistaken, like I think food is even provided as a city feature, but don't quote me there.

As I said, Bravepaw can give more information then I can.

Now for Elandriel.. I can speak on))

We are planing to do a huge sale on homes either this week or the next. So all homes WITHIN the tree will be marked down prices haven't been decided on of yet but they will be in the 1000-4000 range. If anyone would like a home in the elder tree is suggest buying it when the sale begins.
