On Repairs

Upon the noticeboard in Haelun'or, you see an elegant piece of parchment attached to with a silver pin. Written upon the parchment, in golden ink, is a message.

To the most blessed and beloved council of the Silver City, along with all others who may be involved.

I have noticed that repairs to the city have not been completed.

I have been wondering if this is due, in part, to a lack of resources available. If this is the case, I happen to have a copious amount of stone on my person, both in cobble and smooth varieties. I would be willing to donate these for free, as well as gathering more for renovations and further building.

Yours sincerely,

Lucion Sullas.

Ev takes notice of the letter, then carefully crafts a reply.

"I believe that the lack of repairs is not based on a lack of supplies, rather a lack of knowing what to do. Some things may be cleared away for other structures to be built, and others may be modified. Be patient. Repairs will be completed in an orderly fashion, under the supervision of the council."

Addressing the original notice, Dio places a response in a similar form over the original letter, slightly to the right of it to avoid concealing the first message.

"The council has begun reparations, and is in the process of surveying the extent of the damage along with formulating solutions to reverse the damage dealt in an efficient manner. Organisation is vital in handling the now overt faults of the city; to restore what elements were valued and beneficial to Haelun'or, as well as revising and improving upon those that were not.

In striving for perfection the Heial'thilln works to satisfy the demands of its subjects. From loss is born renewal and change, and the ancients knew well that even the cruelty of war may encourage progress. In this light, we put forth our efforts unabated, wiser than we once were."
