You see a rather large paper written in small, yet flowing script on the city board. It is titled, "Militia Formation." It reads thus:

"In light of the recent Uruk attack on our fair city, it has been decided that we will be forming a militia to fight alongside our brave Legionnaires in the event of another attack. They will be trained in the rudiments of their preferred style of combat, as well as taught the discipline needed to work together in an orderly, effective fashion. Note, this will be completely volunteer service, and will not require anything beyond training sessions and, of course, the defense of our city. The militia will not be called upon to make any offensive strikes against any nation, and will be considered as civilians in all instances save for a direct attack against Haelun'or.

Also, the Legion will be restricting the requirements to join our ranks in many ways. One willing to be inducted into the Legion must be skilled in at least one form of combat, and must possess the knowledge and discipline needed to properly fight as a soldier. Usually, this will mean that those in the militia will be more likely to be considered, as they have been seen fighting and have associated with the Legion heavily.

If you have any wish to be taught to handle a weapon or to defend your city, you will be more than welcome. Please sign your name with your preferred combat style beside it.
