I'm a 15 year old teen that loves sports and games. I am also super dedicated to anything I am involved in.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?:

Depends on the week but up to a full day playing time (currently I have a broken foot, I'm not moving very much).

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you:

Role playing is when you act like someone you aren't. You choose a character and then you have to think like they would think, act like they would act, and feel like they would feel. In Roleplaying you step out of your normal role and take your character's role. You also have to speak like your character, like if you were an Orc for example.

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?:

I've tried a couple RP servers but none of them had a large enough fan base to make it enjoyable. I have heard from another player on your server that you are just what I have been missing.

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is:

Meta-gaming is when you use knowlegde your character wouldn't know in game. If you were to give someone coordinates. Another form of Metagaming would be if the person was rping with you and he/she was wearing a helmet. If he/she was wearing a helmet you aren't supposed to know who they are in-character.

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Gaming is:

Powergaming is when you would do something to make your character unbeatable, or to where the person rping with you can do nothing to counter.

What do you expect this server will be like?:

I expect this server to be amazing! I mean it has to be amazing, so many people play on it!

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:

I've played on many other servers, but I mainly play on TDMC.

Yes, I've read the rules multiple times and I know them by heart.

My character's name is Jim Buchanan.

Jim is a dwarf.

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

I was raised in a small dwarven town. During my childhood I had no education, no supporting figures, just myself. My Father is a drunk, which is where I got my love for ale. My Mom died young of a disease our doctors didn't understand. At 5 years old I had my first bucket of ale, the first of many. I lost almost every job I ever had. My favorite job was working the fields of a humans farm. The man who owned it was a drunk like me and one night almost cut off my head in a drunken rage. That made me dark and angry, but most of all it made me see that I had to run away. No one cared for me in my home.

Now I have made my way through the mountains and valleys on my way to Asulon. On my way I have met many a friends who I have left behind. I hope to one day meet a fine lady and settle down. I have never been with a lady, I have never been sober enough to show who I am. In recent days I have conjured suicide because I have been running low on money to buy ale, but I realized that I do have something to live for. From this point on I will change my life, try to drop the booze and try to start a business. I hope to be more than my father ever could be to me. I have my eyes on settling down in Asulon, I have heard many a tale of the story of dwarfs just like me. I feel scared because this may be my last shot to change my life. I still don’t know how i will make a home, how I'll protect myself, I am only 3 foot 2 you know! I am trying to build confidence but that has led to more drinking, and more depressive thoughts. I hope this is the beginning of my new life....

What is your Character's ambitions?:

Jim's ambitions are to get away from his addiction to ale. He also wants to start his own Inn and marry a lady.

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc):

Jim's favorite tool is the Axe. It's a great weapon, and can be used for cutting trees.

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents?

Jim's most skilled talent is drinking.

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?

Jim would walk up to the warriors and offer them some ale. If they accepted then he would lead them to the local Inn so the Halfling could run away.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response?

Jim would ask him for the finest wares his has to impress the ladies, since he wants to be married one day.

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?:

Jim would wait in the hut for the man to return. When the man returns Jim would ask if he could have some supplies. Jim would never steal from someone.

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond?

Jim would ask them for some ale. Then he'd ask if he could stay in a room.

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?:

Jim would take all of his ale to the bandits. Jim would then offer them ale for peace. If the deny his offer he will fight for his home, ale in one hand, axe in the other.
