~Event Idea~

Rill Hollowmead leaves his burrow, and walks slowly towards the town square. He is obviously in some pain, as you can see when he coughs up a storm. He wipes his nose with a handkerchief, and slowly trudges onwards to the square. After a few minutes of seemingly endless walking, he arrives to the town's wooden notice board, where he pins a small flyer.

My lovely halfling friends, it has been a long time; Much too long of a time. In my absence, I have visited the grand Elves! I wanted to bring a bit of them back to our wonderful town, Branborough.

If any of you have been to Elandriel, you must have seen their massive trees. I managed to get one of the seeds of these trees, and am in the process of finding where we should plant it. This tree could be the host of many-a-halfling parties! Talk to me at my burrow if you know a good spot.

(( So basically, I'm seeing if you guys want to have a party tree... Similar to the Hobbit's Party Tree in The Lord of the Rings. We just need some sort of event in Branborough these days. ))

Yes, yes of course! It's not like we use the current party tree... I think some 'omeless 'alflin' lives in it...

Of course trees can cause harm! If ye plant it anywhere near the burrows, it'll take root and ruin the furniture.

And I'm not sure how much I trust elves in these times..
