We believe that the house is abandoned. If so this is just to claim the empty land. Why have another ghost area in Asulon? I'd also like to speak to the owner of the plot. And being in the contested lands means that you risk nations moving in. It's just pointless to have an abandoned house in our lands that has Bo purpose.

I've talked with the two people living there... this land could be very beneficial to the production of crops and materials for Seventis. This is a small commute from Sarun as well. As far as I know, we need farms with fertile soil. Anways; -Jack Mortis
