Greetings to the members of the Elven council of Normandor, my neighbors.

I Queen Syrila Caoimeh of Holm have heard of what the Ordinators have done to your High Princess, and as a person who has talked to her many of times, I can tell you this.

She deserved NONE of it.

What I ask is to meet with you in a few Elvens day time to discuss a pact for the encroaching war so we may be able to attack with our combined might, each council member may decide if they wish to assist Holm, and if you do, Holm will assist in the War with you as well.
