Josef writes out the brief note and once again summons his couriers. They go to Salvus and Hanseti. Josef himself posts in Arethor, then goes to Seventis and the Cloud Temple, where he takes a boat to Alras and Holm.

Merchants from across the lands,

I have found myself with a few spare minas and would like to spend them on a good investment - diamond gems or iron ingots. Do reply either on this note or by sending a bird to the office of Josef Timothee in the Arethor slums if you want to sell. As I am unaware of the current value of these treasures any prices will be considered.

I got the iron! If you just buy a few then the price is 28. But, if you buy all 50 the price is 26.

* Elyot notices the note as he walks down the streets of Alras. He runs to his house and find a quill, ink, and a piece of paper. Once he is done penning the note, he walks back and attaches the note to it.

I am in possession of a large amount of iron ingots. In all, I have around 570 ingots last I counted. With having so much supply, I am able to supply them to you at a low 25 minas per ingot. I will be awaiting your response.

*Aetherian whistles to his bird perched on a lonely branch and attaches a small piece of parchment to it's foot. "To Mr. Josef Timothee. You've visited him before" he whispers to the bird as it takes flight. The note read:

Greetings again Mr. Timothee, I noticed a flyer in your name hanging on the Hanseti notice board and wished to inform you that I may be able to supply you to an extent. I have about 6 crate fulls of Iron Ore and I also have 2 recently extracted Diamond gems in my possession that I would also be willing to sell. I would price the Ore at 23-25 minas and the Diamonds at 530-580 minas. Thank you for taking my proposal into consideration, I eagerly await your response.

*Aetherian watches the bird disappear into the horizon before retreating from the cold weather back into his house, where he checks that his goods are still safely secured.

*Torren is walking out of Seventis when he notices the note, and brings it to his attention and reads it. He whistles to his blue bird, and hands him a written out note to the man seeking iron.

"If you need any more iron, I've got what ye need. Ill sell it to ye fer only 25 minas per ingot, and can provide you with a few stacks."
