[[ One of the problems I have found with new members to the HE community is that they have trouble finding the citizenship form and when they do it is filled out with a minimal amount of information. So this is my Guide to filling out a citizenship form ]]

Give a short bio of your character at least a paragraph. Say how you found Haelun'or. This should be RP'd

How can you declare you are Mali'thill:

This can be as simple as my parents were HE but please DO NOT use that explanation it is pathetic. Give a few sentences.

Why do you wish to become a citizen of Haelun'or:

Answer these In Character, give at least 2 sentences on each.

What Elven phrase do you particularly take to heart? Please explain why:

If you do not know elvsih that does not mean you will not be allowed to gain acess to the city . If your character does know elvish, here is the thread regarding the language. For the second question if you have a favorite elvish phrase you should have a paragraph MINIMUM for the explanation. A paragraph should be rather easy to do .

That is self explanatory if it is a narrative give a small plot summary.

This does not need to be " RP'ed " but it should still be answered IC so something like " I would ... " This should be easily a paragraph.

For me paragraphs are 8 sentences or more, none of this 5 sentence crap. If you are having trouble making it that long add detail. I think that is all more will be added later likely ]]
