I'm REALLY NEW to this place, and I'm SUPER confused so please know this before reading my application.

Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?: Very good grip, this is my native language!

Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: Well, I have a big passion for both Minecraft and RP servers. I've played on smaller ones, and these are... jaw dropping. I'd love to be apart of this!

How much time could you be on the server weekly?: A lot of hours, 3-4 on Weekdays and endless on Weekends!

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you: Roleplay is immersing yourself in a alternative world when you are an alternative character with basically a virtual life, and you respond as that character, so on, so forth.

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?: Played on 2 minor RP servers. I had moderate experience with them.

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is: Knowing something OOC and using it IC. Like saying someone's name before they introduce themselves to you.

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Gaming is: Making yourself extremely powerful, for example, when RP fighting, you instantly make all hits without attempting to, or you do ridiculous things, like blow up a city.

What do you expect this server will be like?: VERY, VERY complicated but I'll get the hang of it. It's big and that's why I like it, lots of RP going around. Hopefully I can get accustomed to this place.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: Other RP servers? Well the first one I played was a small RP server, the admins were mean and the server was dead. The second one, left recently, was because I simply did not like the RP and the Admin was very mean and played favorites over Skype.

Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules?: Every single one of em'!

Character Name: Pernux Dawnstrider

What Race are you?: Human. (I do not know if this is official for me, I do not know if Magic is on this server. If not, Human for sure!)

What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race): Not required, not postin'.

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

Age: 32.

Appearance: Brown shaggy(ish) hair with deep blue eyes. Tattered and slightly darker clothing, blue top and brown bottoms with a backpack strap on his stomach. Has not recently shaved, leaving a sort of shadow on his chin.

Pernux lived a rough life on the countryside. When he was born, his mother got very sick immediately after. The only one strongest to care for her was his father, and they quickly lost money to pay the rent in the city, and lost the house. Wearily, the moved into the forests of the Kingdom, stowed away in small hollow tree trunks of ancient trees, or rag-tag wooden shacks. Pernux was raised best as possible. His mother grew healthy again, but never were they in the condition to afford the lifestyle, the simple but poor lifestyle they had in the city. Pernux grew up with his father, and without any knowledge of anything, his father handed him wooden swords he would craft and tell him to do his best. Pernux would practice day by day, night by night, working on his strength. His muscles would bulge and he would be proud, but then, when he turned 13, he started to notice different things about life.

He'd study the trees, the ways the animals would move, and he would try and measure the angles and speeds they would move at. This troubled the young Pernux, for his knowledge of mathematics was very low. He would often pick up his clumsy blade and swing at the tree. He would do it at different angles, different positions, to where he saw fit, and when the tree shook the hardest, where the leaves fell the fastest. Pernux was pleased, and while he lost most of his impressive strength, he grew more intelligent and agile with the blade and his feet. By 17, he was the man of the family and would bring the meat it to the table. Sometimes, when seasons were large and animals plentiful, he would grab meat and travel with nearby farmers for their higher blades of stone and nicked iron. Pernux, being an honest man growing up in a poor lifestyle, has his respects and does not certainly consider himself high among ranks, but hidden talent always introduces itself, and you may never know...

By the age of 30, he had raised enough City currency from meat trading, (Which was tedious... tedious work...) to move his aging parents out of the forests and back into the Kingdom of Renatus. He bought them a small house, and lived with them. As a swordsmen, money was more scarce then what his skills with a blade could really offer. Two years later, his father and mother found non-back-breaking jobs and have made enough money to upkeep on their own. Being a free man, Pernux is willing to explore this new Kingdom, and finally discover what he is mean't for. Meaning this, his Sword may or may not be useless. He may pick up Magic, or a trick or too. Pernux will always try to remain light on his feet, never relying on one thing at one time.

What is your Character's ambitions?: Pernux's ambitions are quiet simple: Find adventure where it lays, and go on from there. Pernux has been set free from a cage in his life, and wherever jolly laughs, the clinging of cold rum, and the debating of words is where he belongs.

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc): Pernux is the most handy with his Sword. (Magic? No Magic? Urgh.)

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents? Pernux is very skilled in the arts of Swordsmanship, however, he usually relies on quick, swift abilities and tactics, as angles with the sword, rather than the strength used to hammer it down on it's foes. He looks up to the Elves a lot, and wishes to be as swift as them. Pernux is usually smarter than most muscle men, but in all honesty, he can't compare to the ones who were raised in high and proper society.

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond? Pernux, quickly realizing that he can outrun men in clad armor, and noticing they have no bow, works up the courage to distract. "Hey, low-lifes! Can't afford to live on your own, poor men that rob the weak?!" The armed warriors quickly look at him and change direction from the halfling. Pernux lures them to a spot where they'd might not turn his back to the poor halfling, Pernux runs. When he loses the men, he says a prayer to God and goes on his way. May the halfling save his life with the time Pernux had gifted him.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response? Pernux quickly scans the beautiful merchandise and checks his pocket. Rats. No gold. He tries to copy the accent, and fails. "Well, eh, 'ello there! It seems my... mmm... purse does not..." *Pernux quickly searches his mind for a fancy term.* Does not fancy gold at the moment!" He quickly then walks away in embarrassment.

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: If the man who owned this poor hut has been foolish enough to leave treasures in it, Pernux quickly pulls out a bundle of cloth and wraps the sword gently. He takes all but two iron bars, feeling as if anyone to come across this hut should also have the joys of luck.

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond? Tired, with needles and thorns in his hair, quickly and poorly gestures for food and water. If Pernux notices them acting offended at his quick and demanding nature, Pernux will then stumble to the floor and seem to ask with pleading eyes: "Give me help now, we may talk later." Pernux will only hope for their hospitality.

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: Pernux quickly searches his pack and finds a bundle of 2 swords, his old wooden sword and a old rusty iron sword. Pernux quickly explains to the Guard that he needs a better sword, and if so, he stores it in a hollow tree out of sight, and attempts for the best spot in the attack to not get hurt. Pernux is willing to help, not to get killed.

((Alright, this server is HUGE, I mean HUGE. Please forgive me if I cannpt understand the mechanics quickly, because it's just... jaw-dropping from all the other servers I had played on. What version do we need and do we need Spout? Thanks.))

Your bio includes very little actual lore, and some incorrect information indicating you did not read but maybe the title page of the wiki.....

Your ORQs should be in full rp with details and dialogue, also you can not include any villainous acts, as you may not start out with such, however you may apply for villainous traits at a later date via a villain application.

We are running mc 1.2.5 and no you do not need spout, we do have our own client currently under development tho
