TOWN CHARTER

MC Name: Volutional

RP Name: Victor Von Roze

Town Name: Minathael

Why are you/your character starting this town? What role will it play?

Victor is looking to expand his already thriving Village of Minathael. He plans on adding more housing to accommodate rising demand for somewhere to live. The expansion will provide more economy with farming areas and the addition of more trades buildings.

Also, Minathael’s people are wishing for a barracks, therefore this may be provided also.

What type of political system is enforced in this town? Is this town under the reign of any other nation at this time?

The political system will remain as planned in the Village of Minathael, which is as follows:

The town would be led by a male leader, referred to as patriarchy. Female members of the community, however respected would not be trusted with a main role inside the Town. This is because most males think of the females as either weak or incapable. However, respect is given through the trusting of their crops, and the welfare of their children.

Patriarchy - Lord, Governor, Officer

-

Lord oversees political engagements, and also fares in battle with his warriors

-

Governor focuses mainly on the political side of the table

-

Officer rallies the men under his banner, and also focuses recruitment for the Town warriors

-

Farmers, those who have access to the farm fields and crops. They are to be trained in this skill.

-

Blacksmith, those who make our weaponry and make repairs.

-

Main Architect, those who make the important design and structural decisions when making most buildings.

What sort of behavior will residents exhibit? (Race relations, nation relations, etc.)

As our Town will reside near to the Nation of Seventis, therefore dislike is beginning to grow. Minathael don’t seem to prefer the people of Seventis, because encounters have been seen as rude or inappropriate, but this is just Minathael people’s opinion.

Race relations will stand by their previous existence, as follows

“Although the town is happy to invite newcomers it is still a close and tight community where everyone knows each other. They are not real racists but they feel more comfortable around dwarfs and humans than around orcs and elves, yet there are exceptions. This is mainly because Orcs can act very unpredictably, or at least are know to.

High Elves, disliked because of the general racist attitude most display. Victor implies to visitors that he doesn't like them so much because of this. And Dwarves, although at full peace, some jokes are often exchanged in good spirit.”

Where would you prefer the town’s region be? Including a screenshot of the land would be nice (of game or map).

The Village is currently located off the road to Salvus, and will be advancing into the Town stage and expanding from there.

Any other details (architecture, races, culture, etc):

Architecture is similar to what is was, it however has altered as we have begun to gather various different types of materials, so resources like Iron and Stone Bricks aren’t as rare of a sight.

“The architecture of the Town will resemble farming or agricultural cities. Using wooden carvings in logs and planks and various designs. It is common for the Village to have a creative element

because of their lack in military strength.”

“Also, the military practices of the Town will be moderately unique. As the community stay in tight contact with each other, their tactics are usually known by the whole Town. Tactics which involve things such as hiding in the house basements, waiting for the enemy and surprise attacking, and other similar concepts.”

Duties of the Typical Citizen;

Each citizen is expected (Not required) to have some kind of combative skill, mainly the males.

-

Women are usually expected to tend to farm patches and work on architecture and design, clothing, stitching and sewing. However, Maidens of the Sword and Shield may participate in battle. Though it isn't a common sight.

-

Each citizen is expected to keep their commons tidy, and act as if Minathael is their home, which in most cases it is.

This includes following the laws set by the Lord and Governor, and not soiling the chances of future engagement with other Nations.

Typical outlook of the Town

Many people may call this Town a seat of entertainment, with promise it will display inns and farms, a grand palace and stables. With succession the Village will grow into a large community of close friends and family, everyone will be known by everyone, and if not they will be.

Definitely +1 but my only note is make sure you maintain it. I hate to see the nice towns fall into disrepair.

I don't understand why this town has been made. It doesn't have the required siganatures. It's only up because I'm guessing tigergamer did so. You cannot sign your own town so this town has 14 signs...

Tigergamer is the Game Moderator for Town Charters, therefore it is to his knowledge allegable for being accepted, otherwise he wouldn't have been appointed for this position.

After asking Tigergamer in Teamspeak he assured me that you may sign your own charter.
