I originated from New Zealand and moved to Australia at the age of 10, ever since I have been gaming and swimming. I love gaming and I am very passionate about roleplaying and gaming.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?:

I can spend up to 35 hours weekly.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you:

Roleplaying is when you play as a character; you feel the characters emotions, you decide what actions he does and what path he takes through life. You play as this character as you would treat yourself, you wouldn't go around saying hail to every single person you meet, only to friends,family and people in high places.

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?:

I have been playing roleplaying games ever since I was 11 and have loved the genre ever since, they have a really great vibe about them that draws me to them, I have played Skyrim, Oblivion, the final fantasy series and some of Kingdoms Of Amalur Reckoning.

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is:

Meta-Gaming is when your character uses information he/she hasn't learned in-character eg. "Hello Native!" (this character has not learned about Native in character and already knows there name: Meta-Gaming.)

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Gaming is:

Power-Gaming is when your character emotes and doesn't give the other character a chance to respond to his emote eg. Character emotes *runs behind Lirinsel* *Stabs Lirinsel* *Picks Up Lirinsel* *Keeps stabbing Lirinsel* (The other character did not have a chance to react therefor it is Power-Gaming)

What do you expect this server will be like?:

I expect this server to be full of excellent roleplayers who believe they belong in such a great community, with great GM's and Admins, with very supportive FM's and app team members who help with anything and everything.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:

I have played on many servers but I only left them due to not enough excitement and I really wanted a roleplay server so I didnt like all the Factions and servers who say they are roleplay but don't really roleplay like people on this server.

Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules?:

Yes I have read the rules and fully understand the consequences if I mis-behave.

Yes, my brother Swifty_Digger and my eldest brother _Sw1fty_ (My older brother told me more info) told me how great the community was and how awesome the Role-play is!

No this is my first application for the server.

Character Name: Maeglin Lissesul

What Race are you?: Elf

What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race): I am a Dark Elf

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

I was born in the city of Elandriel amongst the noble Wood Elves, I did not know I was abandoned by my real parents and spent the next few years playing in the forest with my Wood Elf friends, we played tag within the canopy of the trees, I reached out towards my friend Likaria and pushed him playfully, he fell into the leaves scraping his leg as he went, I spotted blood dripping from his legs, slowly and painfully he yelled "Maeglin help me!" I laughed at how pitiful he was and walked down leaning over him viewing the scrape "Its only a little scrape, get over it" he whimpered in fear and had a look on his face that I had not seen before, he trembled in fear and ran away crying, I thought to myself *what have I turned into, what is wrong with me?* I walked back into my home with my parents and asked "Why am I so different to the others mum?" she took a deep breathe and spoke slowly "Son, the truth is....you weren't born a Wood Elf *there was a slight pause* you are a Dark Elf abandoned by your parents at a very young age" She began crying and walked away slowly with her hands under her eyes catching the tears.

My hair brushed through the forest as I swept through the leaves and spotted some Dark Elves huddled outside of the Mori'Quessar caverns, I adjusted my hearing to eaves drop on there conversation..."He knows" I heard a familiar voice, was it my real mum was it really her? I crept a little closer and saw some familiar facial characteristics, *It is, it is really her!* I thought to myself, I walked closer greeting her with a warm smile, "hello 'Mum' where have you been all these years? You abandoned me, left me all alone with the pitiful Wood Elves, why did you leave me?" She grunted and crept backwards speaking some sort of Mori language, two other Dark Elves moved towards me and grabbed me by the arms, dragging me into the caverns "I will get you, You shall not live to see another day after I am let out!"

The last thing I see are the tattered flags fly bey in the wind as I am slowly dragged into the dark hallways of Menorcress.

What is your Character's ambitions?:

To train in the skill of swords and find his real mum to slay her where she stands.

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc):

Maeglin favourite tool is a sword he named Lintalia the sword of Achievment.

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents?

Maeglin's most skilled talent is with a blade, he is an expert in the ways of the sword and has learnt little of blacksmithing.

Open-Response-Questions

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small Halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?

Maelgin walks past snaring at the Halfling and says "Save me some for later" and continues down the path grining evily as he hears the Halflings money spill on the ground.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response?

Maelgin stands there glaring at the man with a slight grin on his face and says "No, How may I help you?" Maelgin walks behind the stand grabs into the mans pocket while whispering "Do not speak of this moment to anyone" and makes off with the money.

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?:

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond?

I respond with a swift grasp of my sword and bring it to the mans neck and say "Give me all the food you have and I will leave your group alone, once they give him the food he slices a cut into the mans arm and says "Just hope we don't pass ways again."

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?:

He would casually accept the offer as he would do anything for a little cash and would eliminate them with ease.
