What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you: Roleplaying is when you act like a certain character, talking and interacting with other people just as that character would.

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?: WoW, and some other roleplay servers.

What do you expect this server will be like?: A Minecraft server with many plugins to assist you in roleplay.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:I have played on some other roleplay servers, but I didn't get the full experience, or it just sucked.

In-Character:

Character Name: Macita (Mac-I-tuh)

What Race are you?: Dwarf

What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race): N/A

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

Macita's life was great. He had a family, children, and a good job. He used to work in a small council, in a small town not too far away from Kal' Urguan. He wasn't one of the big shots in the council, but he hoped to be. He hoped one day he could lead the council, but besides that, he was content. It was all good, until the unspeakable crime was committed.It was terrible, as if the crime wasn't enough, Macita was framed for it. He was banished, and fled to Alras, looking for a new home.

In Alras, he met Reth, a good friend who grew like a brother to him. He taught him how to pickpocket, steal, and other skills.. But one day, Reth was discovered to be a part of a terrible group and was executed. After this, Macita knew if he was found, he would be punished, as he was around Reth a lot. So he fled to Asulon, and now is hoping to start a new life (again).

Macita is now 24. He is a red haired dwarf who is always wearing his armor. He is clever and observant, but easily irritated. He hopes to finally live somewhere where he can have no fear of the council returning to deliver a worse punishment.

What is your Character's ambitions?: To finally get revenge on the one who framed him for the unspeakable crime.

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc): A basic pickaxe, as it can get you out of any situation.

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents?: Working with what he has.

Open-Response-Questions

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?

Macita saw this and walked in between the warriors. He immediately made them stop. "What is going on here?" Macita asked. "Uhhh, uh" The warriors could not give an answer. "Stop this or I shall have to use force." One of the warriors left, but one stayed. The warrior thrust at him, but Macita easily parried and disarmed him. He flees. "Thank you, sir!" The young halfling responded. "Let me get you a bit to eat." Macita said, and took him to get some roasted pork.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response?

"Do you have any new battle armor? I could use a new bit."

"Well, I do have something."

He went into the shop with the merchant, and found a sturdy iron chestplate.

"I'll give you 100 minas for it."

"150, and it's a deal."

"125 minas."

"130."

"I am sticking with 125."

"Alright, you bargain hard."

So Macita walked out of the merchant's shop with a nice new iron chestplate.

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?:

Macita looks around for anything suspicous. He sees nothing, and takes the loot. Suddenly, a trap activates and a magical force starts draining his health. He struggles, but is not someone who uses magic, so he can do nothing. He becomes very weak, and barely makes it out of the hut. He does not have the loot. Determined, Macita mines into the back of the wall and takes the items from the chest without activating the trap.

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond?

Macita walks into the camp and greets them. He decides to purchase some food, and eats some cooked porkchops. Once he is nourished and well-rested, he purchases a map and he begins to make his way out of the camp.

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?:

Macita gladly agrees, and prepares for battle. He takes his sword, a pork chop or two, and his trusty pickaxe, just in case. He does not need to put his armor on, as he is already wearing it. The battle starts, and Macita immediately mines down. One by one, he undermines the bandits and kill them with his sword. However, one was a better fighter then expected, and stabbed Macita in the knee. Wounded, Macita was crawling back through the tunnel he had made to retreat, as he could not fight. Once the battle is over, he takes the reward and uses it to buy some new armor.

I like your character, but I would like some of his skills highlighted in your biography. Extend it a little more and include juicy details to give your character a creative flair.

Your Meta and Powergaming definitions are correct, however, in your next application, could you extend them both a little, include some more situations where you would find them and explain why this server does not appreciate users using either.

Finally, your ORQs are fine. I actually rather enjoyed reading them, so good job on that aspect.
