(No, I never said that or intended that. I had noticed in this post it was from him to his people, and he was requesting his counts and nobles to swear an oath to him. I was under the impression you hadn't officially deemed him Duke of Norjun, so I was a bit confused. Apologies for the misunderstanding.)
