Ah, I sure do 'ave a great life, I do! What's that? Ya want te hear 'bout it? Heh, not a lot o' people care 'bout us 'alflings, but it seems like you do! Sit back, an' relaxe!

I was born in te Vale, wonderful place, aye, aye. Raised by me ma and me pa, we were the fishing folk we were. Ah, back when I was a lad, I was an arrogant one, still am! Me pa would say I was to little to be able to reel in te fish, but I managed. Ah, life was great!

I was gettin' older, me parents were startin' to try te get me out o' te 'ouse, so I got meself a nice lil' house in te Vale. Haven't moved in completely though, no, not even a bit close! Still got a ton o' work te do, I do. Need te get a job as a fisher man, suply te Vale wit' as much fish as possible. Oh dear, so much te do... Oh! That sums up ol' Elgerd!

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?:

Holding his fishing rod, Elgerd confronts the two armored fellas. With a somewhat of a touch voice, Elgerd demands them to leave the halfling alone. The two laugh, and one pushes Elgerd away.

"Hah! Yer pathetic! Be gone!"

Elgerd shakes in fear, knowing he won't be able to defend himself. Gripping his fishing rod tight in hand, he scurries off, back to the Vale.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response?:

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?:

Elgerd eyes the goddies, his greed taking over. His arms reach for the ingots, but Elgerd foolishly drops them.

"Bah! Curse me halflin' strength. Won't be able te bring these goodies back te the Vale, it seems."

Sighs, leaving, heading back to civilization.

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond?:

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?:

Elgerd's eyes widen, and begins to shake in fear. Without haste, he runs to his family's home, making sure they are safe. Assured that his family is safe, he hurries to the guards.

"Friends, what is happenin'!? I'm a tad frightened with all this comotion!"

The guards turn to Elgerd.

"Oh, calm down. Nothing but a few bandits. We've got it under control. Go do what ever you do... Just don't get in out way, you got it?"

Elgerd nods faintly, walking back to his house.
