After breaking the seal and exposing the contents of the scroll, you read it aloud for all in the room to read.*

The end of the Fort Rin Masquerade was marked with a bang; the Baron James Adel has been declared a Count and has been granted a large amount of land. He is in need of your help, great citizens of the Holy Oren Empire, to construct one of the finest bastions to exist, a true beacon of light for all of Oren. While he has many materials to begin the construction, he needs many more to finish what he started. In addition, he alone cannot accomplish such a large feat and needs quite some help from specialists in their field; lumberjacks, miners, blacksmiths, and many other distinct skill sets. Amfionas is one of the few people walking around there to pick it up. He breaks the seal and begins to read the message.
