A clean sheet of paper is posted upon the message board of Arethor, and another is hung by a tack on a column in the Cloud Temple. They have intricate writing, and each single letter seems to have its own personality. Both convey the same message, that reads:

Greetings, travelers, heroes, and merchants. I come to you with a formal request.

Recently, I have heard tell of a group of Halflings that reside in Arethor, named the Goblinsfoe Clan, have brutally beaten and possibly murdered a group of unfortunate Goblins. Please, if you can give me any information on this, send a letter to this address - Bili Hollowmead's burrow, Thief's street, Branborough, the Vale.

I am mainly searching for the names of those who were murdered, and how to contact their families. Thank you.
