Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I like to play video games and guitar when i have time for it. I am also currently studying to become an Electrician.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?: Varies, but maybe around 20 hours.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you:Roleplaying means that you are acting as another character with set perks and behaviors, and then you make a scenario together with other characters.

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?: I have Roleplayed some on other games, don't remember which ones specifically.

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is: Meta gaming is when you know something about another character OOC and use it IC when your character cannot have known that in any way. Example: Seeing someones name in chat, and then using it IC, without ever having talked to that player.

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Emoting is: Power-emoting is when you use emotes to make your character greater than it is. Example: in a situation where you are alone fighting let's say 3 others, and you use emotes to defeat all of them, then that is Power-emoting\gaming.

What do you expect this server will be like?: I expect it to be fun and awesome, because i have been around seeing other players RPing, and it has been cool so far.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I have mostly played on servers with a few friends, but the ones i have played on before i have quit because it got deserted.

Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules?: Yes i have.

How did you hear about us?: I heard about this server on a post on Reddit.

Character Name: Raiwen Elervir

What Race are you? (You may only be Human, Orc, Elf or Dwarf!) : Elf.

What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race): Dark-elf

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

Raiwen was born in a small Elven village. She was born as a Dark-elf which everyone was shocked over because her sister and parents were all wood-elves. They took her to the village leader after a couple of years hiding her, and she was banished because it was a village of Wood-elves only, therefor her parents had to go to Normandor and left her there, never to see her again. The only thing she had with her was a sheet of paper with her and her family members names on.

After a few days of being ignored by everyone passed by, one nice hunter came by and picked her up. He took her to his home and raised her. At an early age he learned her to handle a sword, and later on the arts of hunting, which again made her good at being stealthy and agile.

A couple of years later he was assassinated, and Raiwen was left alone, no one wanted to help her. Because of that she went out in the forest and did what she was best at; hunting. She survived in the forests till the age of 28 when she found a bird flying towards her with a note. The note said her sister was dead, she was shocked, because she had not seen her sister on 25 years. She went back to civilization to search for clues of what happened with her. That day is now.

What are your Character's ambitions?: My characters ambitions is to find a place to settle down, get great and trustworthy friends and also become the greatest hunter around.

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc): Raiwens favorite tool is a sword, ever since she first wielded one she has been using one.

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents? Raiwen's most skilled talent is swordsmanship, but she is also good at being stealthy.

Each and every question must be answered with a minimum of a single full paragraph and entirely in RP.

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond? Raiwen draws her sword running towards the armed warriors shouting "Hands off that Halfling!" the warriors then looks at Raiwen and laughs before saying "You think you have any chance against us, elf?" Raiwen then grins, saying "no", grabs the halfing and runs off. She easily runs away from the warriors who are weighed down by the heavy armor. When she has shaken them off the Halfling says "Thank you, miss!" and offers her a pouch of minas. Raiwen accepts and smiles.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response? Raiwen quickly responses "do you sell hunting supplies, like swords, food and armor?" then the merchant replies "Aye, infact i have all of that" Raiwen smiles and hands a pouch of minas to the merchant. The merchant smiles back and says "Thank you" and gives her the wares. Raiwen takes the wares, nods and walks off.

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: Raiwen loots the golden sword only, and leaves the iron bars behind thinking "i am not a smith, i don't need the bars." Raiwen then grins and walks out with her new sword, ready to face whatever enemies lurks outside.

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond? Raiwen greets back and offers protection or assistance for some food. The group agrees that if she fends off the undead around the camp she would get food and a place to rest. Raiwen then heads off and quickly fends off the undead before returning and getting the promised reward.

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: Raiwen grabs her armor and sword and equips it before heading outside and telling the guard she is willing to help. One of the guards replies "great, i think we are enough to take them on now." then the group heads off out of the city, spotting the bandits. The guard leader says "let's split into two groups, flanking them." then the group splits and sneaks to each their side of the bandit group. The guard leader nods and everyone charges the bandits. Raiwen targets one of the bandits, swinging her sword at him repeaditly, killing him with help of the arts of surprise. A moment later the group heads back to the city. The guard leader then offers Raiwen a reward and a job in the town guard. Raiwen smiles and accepts.

Anything else you would like to say?: Hmm.. not anything else than saying that i am looking forward to Roleplay at the LOTC server.

Pending until someone finds out is it ok to have a dark elf child with two wood elf parents.

Can elfy genetics do that? If not her mother had an affair?

I don't know so I leave it up to someone who knows.

She would have to have one dark elf parent, if not the dark elf features would not be very obvious. If one parent was dark elf however and the other woodelf, she would be half cast, but the chances of her being more dark elf would be better.

It's possible her mother could have had an affair, in which case she probably wouldn't know.
