Currently NOT Recruiting [Recruitment will be opening soon]

The Wardens of Aeroch Nor was shortly established after the creation of this wonderful realm! Without the Wardens, Aeroch Nor would fall apart! The Guards of Aeroch Nor keep everything in order and safe for the citizens within its realm. This is everything you need to know about the Wardens, and how it works.

These are the ranks of the Aeroch Nor Wardens! There are not many ranks to this group, but that makes every single one even more important. Without these ranks, there would be anarchy within the Wardens! (Note: When I refer to men, or he, it can also be women, or her. The masculine terms are mainly for simplicity)

This is the first rank within the Wardens. These men watch the gates and walls of any settlement within Aeroch Nor! They also operate the gates and decide who is let in or not. They are the backbone of the Wardens, and are especially important during war time to beat back enemy forces.

This is the second rank within the Wardens. These men are within the city or settlement walls, protecting the citizens and making sure nothing unlawful is going on. They also keep an eye on the Warden Recruits, making sure they’re doing their job right. During war time, these men are slightly more experienced than the regular Wardens, and know better tactics.

The medics are the men close behind the front lines. Their value for taking care of troops greatly out values their use in the actual field, when fighting a battle. Their skill with applying bandages and supplying the men with potions of healing is seen as their main duty. All the Wardens respect these men, as they have healed many during battle. They do, however fall under the Inspectors, in rank.

This is the third rank within the Wardens. These men inspect any sort of problems or trouble that the realms may have and take it into their own hands. They can either be inside or outside the city walls, dealing with a lesser or greater exterior threat. They can also take any number of Warden-Sergeant or Wardens with them to complete the job. During war time, these men take care of the Warden-Sergeants and the Wardens, leading them into battle and taking care of all of the troops.

This is the fourth rank within the Wardens. These men are the second hands of the High Constable, taking over when the High Constable is not around, and making sure everything is in order. They can hire or fire Wardens (Only Warden-Recruits), and can punish any rank below them for being unfit for duty if they are. They can also initiate training exercises, as well as teaching a Warden, Warden-Sergeant, or Inspector how to do their job. During war time, these men decide where to direct the troops, and where to attack the enemy. They can participate in the battle, or they can leave the main troop managing to the Inspectors. Often, there are only one or a couple more inspectors for the Aeroch Nor Wardens.

This is the fifth and highest rank within the Wardens. This man is the ultimate head of the Aeroch Nor Wardens. The High Constable takes care of mostly everything that needs to be done. He can promote or demote any man of the Aeroch Nor Guardians, as well as fire anybody unfit for duty. The promotions come from recommendations from higher ranks, such as Inspectors and the Constables. The demotions go the same way. They can also punish any rank like the Constables, but they can also reward ranks in different ways. During war time, this man controls the whole Aeroch Nor Wardens. They can decide what the Chief Inspectors and Inspectors do, as well as commanding the whole force to do certain tactics. However, they do have to listen to the King or Queen if one is present, and take orders from them if they are needed.

(Note: Any rank can perform the duties of a lower rank if need be. If no one is at the gates, then the gates must have a man operating it. Whether that be a Warden-Sergeant or the High Constable.)
