What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you:.Roleplaying is taking the role of the character you made up in your mind, you must act, talk, and think like the way you describe him. Basically pretending to be the person you made.

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?:I have played on four roleplaying servers and have made myself a respected member of each, though they were pretty small servers unlike yours which is full of content i notice. All of the other servers also weren't as strict with the "follow the lore, no made up things and all," but that doesn't scare me as much for i am giving this my best :).

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is:Meta Gaming is one of the most annoying things to do in RP. It is when you use knowledge your character doesn't know about by either reading it off the fourms and using it for knowledge in your RP session. That is the only good example i can give for it is the most common.

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Emoting is:Power Emoting is trying to succeed in your action without giving the other player a chance to retaliate. For instance lets say you do something like this. "*player 1 steals coins from mans pockets and runs*" and that means the player 1 ran of eithout doing the proper action "*player 1 attempts to pickpocket the man* *man looks behind him and kicks player 1*" This is the best example i can think of.

In your own Words, define what Out of Character (OOC) is:OOC is when you talk like this "(( I'm sorry didn't understand that rule of the server, mind refreshing me on it?" so basically it is talking when your not your character, but simply talking out of your RP characters mind.

In your own Words, define what In Character (IC) is:In character is when you are acting as your character, something like this "But sir, I would never kill a person, it is wrong and evil!" or something like that. Basically speaking as your character.

What do you expect this server will be like?:I expect it to be full of RP players that have an idea of what to do. I also expect it to be an adventure due to the content it seems to have.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:I player on servers like Caelion and Spectrum which both died down sadly, thats why I left :(.

Character Name:Ciel Varsilik

What Race are you? (You may only be Human, Orc, Elf or Dwarf!) :Human

What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race):None, i wish to learn my skills on my own.

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):Ciel was Born in the Cloud Temple. His parents were travelers and they needed a place to settle for his mother was pregnant. They soon gave birth to a healthy baby boy with green tinted black hair and cat green eyes with snow white skin. Ciel was as adventures as his parents. He would never back down an offer for adventure or any chance of combat. He was so ambitious it almost gets him killed some say. He was never an indoor person he loved going places. He hated staying in one place for long so he kept moving. Ciel was the one that would never back down some say. But that was something that got him in trouble. One day some warriors were harassing his father. Ciel saw this and told them to back off. But that didn't help at all. The warriors laughed and started beating Ciel. Ciel was knocked unconscious on that path. As he woke he saw no trace of his father. As he walked the paths he started walking back to his home near the docks of the cloud temple. When he reached his destination he saw his mother crying. His mother was crying because his father was executed for murder. That is why the warriors were harassing him. They were bounty hunters. Ciel teared up for he was only 15 when it happened. Ciel needed to support his family for his mother lost her job. They lost their house so they needed to move to the capitol of The Holy Oren Empire, Arethor. In Arethor Ciel helped a shop keeper get his wears since Ciel loved moving about he was good at it. He would have to collect wheat from the suppliers, He would collect the Meat from some Orc hunters, and he would collect other things. He was the fastest runner out of his shop mates so he was obviously good at it. But one day Ciel got involved in trouble. Ciel one day was walking home when all the sudden a group of theives gave him a sack of gold. Not knowing what to do he just kept it. He was grabbed by a guard. Those bastards, they ran off frameing Ciel leaving him in the dust, but why? Ciel spent 5 years in prison and was let go at age 21 standing at the height of 4'7 feet. When he was released his mother died of the plague disease. She got it from a trader in the city. Luckily it never spread that much. Ciel was sent right off to the Cloud Temple to assist some monks and pay for his crimes. He did that for 6 months and was let go of all charges. He now has to lead a new life. He must use his skills and survive on a new life. He was ready, if he could survive his childhood he could survive his adult hood.

What are your Character's ambitions?:To live a new life and make the best of his freedom.

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc):Sword because of his will in fighting. Bow for the same reason.

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents?Agility, mostly running.

Other Information about your Character: Ciel and his father used to hunt which gave him some skill in the bow.

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?"Hey jackass! Leave the kid alone!". The warriors laugh at Ciel and draw their swords and approach Ciel, "Okay then lets do something else, lets throw you into the river after we get done cutting you into two!" Laughs the warrior.

"Look i don't want trouble-"

"Too late small fry, you asked for it," Says the warrior with a strict tone in his voice.

The warrior punches Ciel in the face and Ciel falls to the ground. In rage Ciel stands back up and punches the warrior back. Just then a guard stops the warrior from throwing another punch. Both the warriors and Ciel receive a warning and are told to leave the temple. Ciel looks at the guard and the guard gives the same glance.

"What are you looking at? I told you to get out!" Barks the guard.

Ciel gives a look at the halfling and gives a grin as he walks off. Memories of his father were flooding in.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response?"I would like some arrows for my bow, got a hunting trip soon," says Ciel.

"No problem sir," the Merchant says handing Ciel some arrows.

"Here are some coins my good sir," Ciel says handing the merchant his coin.

Ciel stares at all the other wares, he was looking at alot of useful things but his father always told him, never spend to much.

"Would you like anything else sir?" says the charismatic merchant.

"No, that will be all," says Ciel.

"Are you sure," says the Merchant with a sly grin.

Ciel walks off saying nothing else but leaves about a minas or two for the arrows.

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?:"Hmm, might be useful but, what could i use these for? I have no experience in smithing, a gold sword cant do **** in combat, and I'll have to pay to have these iron bars made into something useful. I could sell them but then I could be convicted of thievery like last time. Better walk off its not worth the trouble. "

Ciel walks off leaving the cabin in the dust.

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond?"Hello my good sirs, may i ask if you have a place place to stay?"

"Yes we have a few tents, you look like you could use some food aswell," says the trader.

"Yes certainly thank you!" Ciel says with a nice tone in his voice.

The trader brings the food and Ciel eats it with thankfulness.

"Say want to join us in the next trade?" Says the trader.

"Sure, i can lend a hand," replies Ciel.

"Okay the trip starts Tomorrow, be ready," Says the trader.

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?:Ciel looks up and smiles, adventure finally. Ciel walks up and says

"Let me give a hand,".

"Are you sure kid, you look quite young," says the guard.

"I have nothing to lose mind aswell make the best of my life right?" says Ciel

"Scary a youngster like you says that but, okay. You may want to pack up your goods and we can head off." Says the guard.

"Okay i will do so, i will meet you soon." Says Ciel with delight.

Anything else you would like to say?:I hope this app has met your standards, for i really want to give this server a try. And play with my cousin again for i don't see her much :3. I am also sorry for any mistakes for i type real fast bumping into the wrong keys. Also i had to re copy and re color the questions, took awhile :)
