Narriss looks downward at the text beneath him, murmuring curses as he reads, a sigh emanating lowly from his lips. He was of such sadness, as of late. They had failed at every turn, Sine Nomine was a group of odd scholar's, and of this, he believed he had failed. When he took up this mantle, of documenting all of Asulon, of knowing all, such an odd goal, but one none the less. When he recruited those of interest, and then, so much nothing. He nearly faded from existence, all they did, for twenty years.. Sail around, on a fifty year old boat, which needed a new sail every other week.. He had attempted to cheer himself upward, but of no action. He was a lost soul, and Sine Nomine was dying. He had tried, oh he had tried, over these long years, to revive it's ashes. To breath life into it, and to make it rise, as though a phoenix..

Perhaps some things may never come true, but he had tried, and he endures. They had returned to their scraggly library, to find Holm had defiled it, they could not risk attacking, so they stayed put. Only making a common complaint, if Nariss would have his way. Kyral, and Caiomah would be put to the stake, desecrating sacred grounds. But what power did he have? An old scholar, who could barely speak when he was arguing.. But he labored onward, simply looking down, a timely sigh from his lips. The text beneath reading
