I like this. A lot of these things seem nice and well thought out. I never really liked the Mori for it's numbers. I felt that a great race would normally have a great amount of people. Looking back now and actually looking throughout a most of the races, I realize how stupid I was then to think of something like that. I also am a big fan of this IC teaching system from childhood. I felt that I did a bad job as a Mori, not really having known what I should or shouldn't had done so I completely relied on Xemn. I hope this works out for you Dusk. I may attempt to rejoin either soon or not soon (If I could find a mother that is) based on events going on.

As far as Morii without apps...If you are reffereing to people having the ability to apply to the Mori with their first application, I would recomend this for any race. One reason is that people feel liek they just wasted their time getting past the application team and then having to go through Mori application which from what are remember are even harder. It is very discouraging to new player, and more experienced roleplayers would have made developed character form the start and wouldnt care to make a new one, with an even harder challenge to get in to.

Also, as far the starting off as a child thing. In all of my time with the Mori we were always taking abotu how new applicant took the place of character in the city. With the child thing it take that idea and through it out the window. Are we implying that the city is filled with nothing but children and only the people who have been around longer are older? This Idea is also very discouraging, as what I rememeber about me trying to start as a child it is very hard to develope a character that is young. But that is all I have to say on that matter.

im back and im intersted in having my darkelf char take up residence with the mori or potentially rolling a new mori if i cant. im pretty confident i could write an appropriate app but would you rather i kind of re-establish myself with the server?

Your acceptance will depend on the quality of your app, not your prominence on the server. So its really up to you.
