I have just scribed a new Elven proverb.

I was sitting in my home gazing into the infinite depths of my pine sapling and pondering the intricacies of lingual tendencies and behavior, when suddenly something flashed through my mind.

I wrote it down and it ran thus:

The humans say 'The more the merrier'. We say 'The more elves the merriest.'

I stared at this line for a few minutes, and I eventually decided I liked it and I pinned it to my wall.
