*He cringes, but then sighs a bit as he begins to speak*

“You have all signed up to be a part of the Geminine bannermen, but what you may not know, is this is more than a group of guards protecting the town. This is more than your paycheck, or your job. This is the welfare of every single citizen that lives inside this town.”

“Be informed that this will not be easy. We will train, sweat, bleed, then train some more. If you are not ready for a challenge of this size, I suggest you pack you step out of line, go to the guards tower, get your things, and leave.”
