You see that several people are gathered within the Kal'Karik tavern, and there seems to be some kind of commotion. You walk up, and discover that Morkas Irongut has a crowd's attention, and you join them. As you come up, Morkas says,

"Lads an' lasses, unfortunately, ah'v got tah leave de kingdom fer ah bit. Dis is nae anyfin dat ye lads 'ave done, ah jus' feel dat ah dunnae loik whu ah am in dis kingdom, an ah shall leave in search of.... well, mahself. While ah'm gone, ah'll be wanderin' about, per'aps wifin uder kingdoms, per'aps out in de wilds, in search uv what it is ah'm to become. If sumun could pass de werd ontah Bazian dat ah will 'ave tah resoign me post as 'ead uv de moins, an tell 'im ah look forward tah werkin wif 'im when ah come back. Alsu, tell me fader taht ah will be periodically stoppin' in wif 'im tah continue me magic trainin', an' ah will be lookin' forward tah speakin wif 'im about 'ow fings 'ave been on meh quest fer knowledge. As fer all meh friends, ah will miss ye, an ah 'ope tah see ye 'gain, soon. Ah will onleh return once ah'v figured out whu ah am tah become. Gud luck lads, an ah'll see ye soon."

With that, Morkas sits behind the counter for a few hours and awaits any lads who wish to say anything.
