*Vuugush puffs on his pipe, staring at the salty waters of the Strigzoi harbor. Vuugush peers around in search of anyone who is to come help build the Dalgahi, but finds no one in sight. Vuugush huffs, exhaling smoke, wondering if the operation is still even in effect..*

{{So the deal is, Seventh and I were working on the Dalgahi or the navy. There's a ton of jungle wood that's just sitting around and a couple of buildings just standing. I take it that Seventh aint going to be back for awhile so I wanted to see if I could take matters into my own hands IF the operation was still even going. I really did want to work on this because it was giving me a lot to do so just somebody give me a heads up on it.}}
