As the sun rises in the far west of Oren, Zharo approaches his brother, mourning over their fathers grave.

"Brulna, tah caral il complete". Uxhal raises his head at the words and orders, "Shuw se'". Zharo nods obediently before leading his brother out of the forest and a short distance across the plain ahead, before stopping to let Uxhal marvel at what he and the other Karachs had created.

After a few moments Zharo motions for his brother to follow and continues forward. They walk up to the castle gates and cross the small ridge across the pike-riddled moat, the other Karachs bowing low to Uxhal as he enters the courtyard. They do not stop, but continue on up the steps into the spire's first floor; the Merach's throne room. Here the Merach lowers himself into his throne for the first time, while the whole Karechi gather and bow to him in the courtyard outside.

"Zharo", he barks from his seat, "Gu get fah'hurs armur". Zharo nods again before rushing up the stairs, past the meeting room, and into the armory where their fathers armor stands. He picks up the suit of armor carefully and carries it back down to his brother, sitting in his throne and now joined by his advisor, Lothnar, in his own smaller throne to his right. Uxhal stands as Zharo enters the room and begins to help his brother into the set of armor. After several minutes of work, Zharo holds out the great horned helmet of Uxhal the 13th to his brother, who takes it and slowly lowers it onto his head, finalising himself as the new Merach of the Rhodir Karechi.

He then steps back once more into his throne and barks at his brother and another Karach standing just outside the door, "Gareth, Zharo, go and light the beacon". The pair nod silently before making their way to the very top of the spire and throwing a flaming torch down on the pile of wood resting there. The pile, slightly doused in oil, shoots up in flames immediately, shining brightly for all those around to see. Zharo and Gareth climb down from the beacon and stare out at the fields from the lookout just below. "And now whe' wait fur tah Kelirs...", mutters Gareth. "Yi", replies Zharo, "Now whe wait...".

Merach Uxhal Urendir the 13th sits upon his throne in the Karalgyr Caral spire meeting hall, looking out at the Karachs seated at the long stone table before him. He runs his eyes over the figures infront of him, wondering what emotions their faces may be showing under the heavy metal helmets upon their heads. He stands from his throne with the help of his long, thick steel scepter, and begins to speak, "Mazil brulnas an' sarlis, se 'as summoned cia today fur a' dahr announcment", he raises his scepter and points it towards Kir Wercheg, "Stand, Wercheg". Kir Wercheg stands at his Merach's request and bow his head deeply whilst doing so. "Un ter day, Kir Wercheg il made tah quartermaster o' tah Karechi", announces Uxhal, "Wercheg 'as shuwn t'et cer il dahr capable o' collecting an' providing tah Karechi wit' arms an' supplies, an' cer will continue te du so". The Merach motions for Wercheg to take a seat once more, then turns and points his scepter at Kir Lothnar, "Stand, Lothnar". As requested, Lothnar does as he is commanded."Frum ter day furth, cia il se's chief advisur, fur tah service cia gave se father, an' are nuw givin' se". Lothnar bows his head in respect for the Merach, then takes his seat once more. Uxhal raises his scepter for the final time and points to his brother, seated in the chair just to his left, "Rise, Kir Zharo". Zharo Urendir raises himself from his seat, grinning widely under his helm, "Frum ter day furth, cia il tah Dahr Marshul o' tah Karechi, brulna". Zharo bows his head deeply to his brother then speaks, "Cia w'll na be regret ciar choice, brulna..", still grinning under his helm. Zharo takes his seat once more, and Uxhal turns to Wercheg, "Quartar Mastur Wercheg, gu get tah armur se 'ad cia make".

Kir Wercheg, now Quarter-Master of the Caral, grins under his helmet and stands from his seat, adjusting his armor's straps to fit more comfortably on him, then says in his normal gruff voice, "Yi, Dahr Marach. Se shal' gu get 'et". He then starts to briskly walk up to stairs, the clanking of his armor fading away has he leaves to the armory to get the set of armor. After getting armor from the armor rack in the armory, Wercheg comes back down the stairs and places the suit of armor on the table infront of the Merach. He then steps back waiting further instructions.

The Merach nods to Wercheg in dismissal, then looks down to the armour laid out on the table infront of him.

Uxhal smiles under the steel plate that covers his face, "Cia 'ave dun dahr, brulna", he says to Wercheg, though still looking at the armour instead of him. He lifts his gaze from the armor to his brother and announces, "Se figured t'et eh Marshal, na tu mention tah brulna o' ta Merach, shu'd 'ave armur te suit cers positon". Zharo nods, his smile widening, "Telkir, se's Merach", he bows deeply, this time with his entire body instead of just his head. Merach Uxhal then motions for Wercheg to step forth once more, "Karach, 'elp tah Marshul get cers armur on". With that the Merach strides from his position infront of the throne, up the stairs to his quarters.

Wercheg steps forward at the command of Uxhal and nods at the order he has been given. As the Merach goes to his quarters Wercheg motions Zharo to come closer. Zharo then turns around knowing that he has to let Wercheg untie the old armour's leather straps. After Wercheg unties the leather straps, he lets Zharo take off his chestplate, knee guard, helmet, etc. After Zharo finished taking off his old armor, he starts to place the new armor in it's designated area, he then ties up the straps, not too tightly that it would be uncomfortable but tight enough that it would not break off at the force of a weapon's blow. Wercheg then turns Zharo around and clamps his hands on Zharo's shoulder and congratulates him "Dahr wurk on being tah new Marshul." Then Wercheg steps back allowing Zharo to test out his new armor.

Zharo looks down at his new armour, inspecting it closely. He paces around the table, flexing as he goes to test the armours limitations. He then stops and throws a few quick jabs at the air with his first, then makes a sword swinging motion with his arm. He turns to Wercheg and states, "Cia 'ave dun dahr, Quartar Mastur Wercheg". The Mashal then motions for the Kir Gareth and Kir Ichamur to follow him before exiting the hall to patrol the land around Karalgyr Caral and test his new armour in the process.

Zharo emerges from the depths of the cave after disposing of yet another Adunian scout. He climbs the wall of dirt and stone to the surface, where he looks out across the forest clearing at where his men stand by the graves of their defeated brothers. Picking his heavy fur coat off the ground and throwing it onto his back, he walks over to them. As he approaches, he stops suddenly and turns to look down at his fathers grave for a moment, reading the word 'Kelir' on his tombstone over and over, hatred growing in his eyes as he does so.

Zharo looks away from the grave as anger bubbles up inside him, and looks out at his Karachs and their Kars behind. His eyes dart across the front row of Krs from beneath his mask, his voice booming suddenly from within, "Brulnas an' sarlis, un ter day ure make our first attack un tah settlement o' tah Kelirs! Our scouts 'ave cey'd t'et tah un who il leadin' tah Kelirs against us, il leaving their settlement te hunt ure! But ure can na 'ave cers finding us, su we will make cer gu back tu Ildon! Our scouts 'ave told se o' tah one whom tah leader loves, su ure will take firs an' destroy fir befur leavin' fir te die outside Ildon, su cer will come hir fur fir!". The Rhodirs assembled before Zharo cheer in approval of his plan, making him smile beneath his helm. He motions for a Kar to bring forward his horse, who obeys and does so swiftly. Zharo mounts his steed, then barks at the still cheering Rhodirs, now heading for their own horses, "Ure ride fur Ildon!". Zharo veers his horse skywards before galloping forward at full pace.

Merach Uxhal steps out onto the balcony overlooking the Spire's courtyard, his brother Zharo on one side of him and his advisor Lothnar on the other. He breathes in a few times, looking out at the Karechi assembled before him, then his voice booms out across the surrounding plain, "Rhodirs 'o tah Karechi! Un ter day se has made percya wit' teh Kelirs, ending ter war! Tah Merach o' Kelirs il sarca, su ure quarrals wit' t'en na lunger stund! Uxhal turns to Zharo and pats his brother on the should, "Dahr luck, brulna". Zharo nods in farwell, then watches as Uxhal climbs down the ladder from the spire's highest platform, Lothnar following him.
