In-Character Details

Character Name:Elenvor

Character Race:Human

Character biography - Make this at least 2 paragraphs long, which must explain your character’s history, appearance, personality, age and any other details you deem necessary:Elenvor is a 6'2 male human. He is 20 years old. He is very muscular and wears a green tunic and basic wool pants. He has black hair and black eyes. He has a kind heart, yet is incredibly hyper active to the point of annoyance. He is determined to make it on his own like his father did. His preferred weapon is an ax, and is a skilled fighter.

His mother was a tailor and his father was a farmer. Every day he worked hard in the fields, and at night he would work with his mother making clothes. Early in the morning he would wake up and bake the bread for the day, and go catch fish to feed the family. He would spend most of his days out of the village because he would be made fun of because he was taller than everyone and didn’t act like everyone else. Every three days he would go sell what extra food they had at the village market. One of such days a large thunderstorm came and prevented him from heading back to his home. He stayed at the local inn all night, until the thunderstorm subsided. When he got back to his farm he found that it had burned down. He looked frantically for his family, but could not find them. When he started to head back he found a bone. Figuring he had no choice, he decided to leave the village to wait for any sign of his family. Now, a year later, he has given up hope and is on the road looking for a village to settle down in.

Open-Response-Questions

Each question here must be answered with a minimum of one full paragraph, and detail the scene you are given in the way it would happen in roleplay. These questions should be answered in first person. Be detailed, not short.

Upon entering the Mighty Human City of Arethor, you come across a shop-keeper calling out to sell his wares to passers-by. The shopkeeper is not a Human, he is a poor dwarf looking to make a living in a new city. What is your response? I ask what wares he is selling. He says that he has ores from the mines and jewels from distant lands. I look them over to see if I might need anything that he is selling. Seeing a bag of iron ingots that could be of use of in blacksmithing, I ask him how much. When he says 20 Minas, which is much more than I would pay for them, I accept because he is having trouble making his way in the city. I buy them and leave to get back on my way.

You’re wandering the Oren Road late at night, when a large Orc begins to threaten a nearby dwarf. There is no help nearby, and the situation looks like it will escalate into violence soon, what does your character do? I sneak behind a tree, and pulling out the bow I use for hunting. I scream at him to leave the dwarf alone or I’ll shoot. When he pushes the dwarf over and runs at me, I shoot at the orc. I hit it in the side. The orc stumbles from the hit but is back on its feet in an instant. I realize that I have no hope against the creature, so I tell the dwarf to run and make a break for it myself. After about 10 minutes, I lose him in the trees and head back to find the road.

Whilst walking down the road to Malinor, you stumble upon an old man. His walking stick , looks weak and frail, and just as you are about to ask something, the stick breaks, and the man falls to the ground. As he falls down, a bag of Minas falls to the ground, and splits open. As you watch the multiple coins spill out, you peer down at the defenceless man. What does your character do?: I help him up and lean him against a tree. I then, go into the forest and find a branch for him to use as a temporary walking stick. He thanks me and is about to go on his way when I tell him he dropped some money. I pick it up for him and he gives me a Minas for my help. He thanks me again, and we both go on our ways.
