" I make this announcement to inform you all that there are two new members joining the High Council. They are Prince Orlanden, and Prince Oceas. So, currently there are four High Council members, Prince Orlanden, Prince Oceas, Princess Earenniel, and myself, High Prince Bravepaw. We have not seen Princess Elene for quite some time, and her duties have gone unattended, so it is just us four as of now. However, I have seen great potential in some of the citizens of Malinor, and have great hopes for their opportunity to arise to the council. Let us celebrate in the name of our new prince's! "
