Notes of the Late Inquisitor

Years after the sudden disappearance of his Father, Maellik had given up all hope of his survival. He went to his living quarters the temple to clean room for one of the younger priests coming into the Clergy. Upon cleaning up some books strun across the floor, he noticed balled up pieces of paper lying around the room. On most of the paper was nonsense, but there was one note that had legibal writing

"They're gone. I can't find them. They simply vanished. I've tried and tried to talk to them, but I get no response in return. What have I done? Have I done some act to bring across their hatred? Did I offend them? I have burned offering, I have offered my blood as recompense, but I get not even a wimper. I must go. I must try to feel their presence. I need their sustaining presence to survive. I need them. I must have......."

((Just so everyone knows, I'll be coming back sometime during LotC 3.0. I won't have as much time to dedicate to the server, so I'm going to try playing as a normal Dwarf again, away from the Clergy))

Maellik had a mixed rush of emotions course through his body as he finds the note. Saddness, anger, joy, anticipation, confusion. Especially confusion. Standing alone he starts to speak to himself quietly.

"Fat'er, w'at are ye doin'? Come back, jus' come back."
