The Nightheart Family

Very little is left of the pure Nightheart Dark Elves. Only two brothers are known to be of pure descent. This highly religious family was at one time all but exterminated. These papers, found in Xexus Nightheart's desk should describe the shortage of Nightheart members.

Entry 36, Day 45 of Pure Fear:

It has been a month and more now since these disgusting creatures have tracked us, for fresh meat or money. After being chased out by Oren Inquisitors from our sacred underground temple, we fled for the dark forests. Now the hunt is on. Wolves and Bears track our every step. Wild-men and Bandits find us petty and easy targets. In pure fear we live. Seven of us are left. Not a minute to pray. Velulaei save us. The entirety of us Nighthearts are dead, and others were left to die from many injuries. *Obvious stains from tears are here.* Veltarus and Silviya are dead. My parents... The great elders of the Nightheart family, dead... *More tear stains are found here.* Cousins, Aunts, Uncles... All of them are dead.

Entry 78, Day 114 of Total Undead Invasion:

The lands are dotted with Undead parties. There has not been one day where we do not see an undead soldier. We flee now to some "portal" that will take us to safety. I sense trickery, but we have no choice as the World crumbles into the Nether. Velulaei help us. Electius, my good cousin is dead, as are my cousins Velaxa, Misteu, Maldori, and Valkar. Only my brother and I survive. I have lost the will to grieve or cry. I must move on.

As these journals described, Xexus has had a very hard life. Now he and his brother wander the lands of Asulon, trying to find a place to settle, all the while blessing Dark Elves, with what Xexus calls "The Power of the Moon".

Elders:

Ravyn Nightheart- Elder of the Night- Takes care of the family's land, money, and negotiations.

Xexus Nightheart- Elder of the Moon- Religious leader of the family. Highly respected.

Other Members:

NONE- (Yet.)

NOTE: Also if our fellow Asulonians would like to be part of the Nightheart family it must be done through rp. There will be no other Nighthearts by blood unless children come into view.

Well my Dark Elf has the typical traits of a Nightheart, his mother probably was one but his father was a high elf. You can put Laku Goldtongue as an undiscovered member if you want. Maybe we will meet in rp some day ;)

To clarify this is the PURE Nightheart family. If you are descendant, then we would be like 17th cousins or something. You cannot be a member unless you are of PURE descent which I mentioned already at the post above yours. Only children of Xexus and Ravyn could be pure descent. Otherwise we do consider you family, just not in that section, UNLESS you changed your last name but you are pure descent. Otherwise you are still Nightheart, just a different branch of the family which governs itself.
