I think nobody in their right mind would buy that house for 17500 Mimas, you can buy a 10x bigger and cheaper house in ravenhold for like 15000, I would only ever buy this house if it was 10000 Mimas.

Some people prefer proper Al'Khazar housing to living in tree houses.

The location is what makes it a good house. Ravenhold is in the middle of nowhere.
