They continue to recite the prayer. Looking up to the dimmed sun.. Before their eyes widen with quickening.. A rock of brown and black color roaring past the farthest cloud, only barely visible. Rather large. Brown, spotted. Craters embodying it, like a massive rock.. Fire builds up around the area facing Elysium and leaving a trail of flames in the sky behind it. They gasp in fear and it continues to hurtle down towards the. The thing itself must be a quarter of a mile wide and long.. it is giant. Why is it here.. Is this the end of all of us? The thoughts fly through the heads of the monks as a shrill fear seaps through their spines like a cold chill. And once more, you can't help but ask "Is this the end?" [updates on the comment will continue to come as time goes on; detailing it's descent towards Elsyium] Update #1. As the races scramble and hurry to the comfort of their loved ones; doom still approaches in the sky. The meteor, engulfed in flames and speeding towards the lands of Elsyuim, shows its true size and death that it brings. Meteorites splinter off of it. Leaving despair and loses in their path. Update #2 People have gathered at the docks, to stair into the face of death. Its size is now knowable to be large enough to destroy EVERYTHING. The reminents of Asulon, the promised lands that we search for, and everything in between. It continues to race towards the land starting its journey into the atmosphere. As the monks wok frantically to find someway to stop it; you can't help wonder "When it crashes, what will be left. Can this truly be the end?" THE END. Final Update All hope is now gone. Some people have faced the fact that they will die and have stayed at the docks for a up front view of the end. Others have hidden underground, hoping that the impact won't get them there. What a futile attempt, the meteor is large and fast enough to split the planet in two. It flies past clouds, mountains, the ships.. It is almost to the ground, you pray to Aeriel, the Triumvirte; To ibless, anyone that would listen! you scream in anticipation, holding your hand to anything that is stable, you stair at its blinding light as it crashed into the ground. "WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOMP", tree's light up in blaze, the grass burns. You feel the heat, yet you wonder why you are feeling anything at all. As you open your eyes you notice a small crater and dust in the air. You slowly approach the crater to see a small disintegrated piece of the meteor. As small as a enderball. The atmosphere seams to have burned it up. Were you worried for nothing? The damage was seemingly, Minimal. (((this is just a fun event to spoof on the 2012 IRL. If we are alive tomorrow to see the day, this event will end in a way that all of you will enjoy. If we aren't, well then your characters endings will be set. I hope you all enjoy this!
