At the point after the princes have stepped down, Rina walks in, utterly late to the party again. She looks around at the crowd which is decorated in sad faces, considering walking right out again but only for a brief moment. Rina comes in, smiling warmly as always, acquiring the situation. After over hearing some mumbles about what people thought of the situation and what had happened, her smile fades. Rina looks two the two princes that stepped down, as well as the entire crowd, saying out loud in a bold voice.

" Are the times really so rough that people have started to give up? What a terrible time to, considering the threats we face. Think of how Oren and their people are going to react when they catch wind of this news.. Would they not think that now is the time to strike us while our princes are starting to step down? In these darkening times, are we all so apathetic that we are all going to sit with our faces between our legs and give up? Do you think your disheartening words is what we need? Well, I am going to do my best, and help how ever I can to make sure that Malinor does not fall into these harsh times that you all now seem to be speaking of.

If two or three step down, we need two or three more to step up in their place, with stronger wills than they have shown. This is not the end, my friends, so do not weep from those who are not strong enough to stand up and face the challenge. Even I would step up, if you would let me. To become part of the princes, though I am not a man. I would gladly become a man with a great luscious beard if it meant I could help malinor in these troubling of times, if you would have me. "

By this point Rina had moved up to the soap box, and looked awkward just for an instant at the realization that she never gave a speech like that before, but it swiftly returned to the bold and strong face she gave while giving the speech. Rina nods a bit in satisfaction to herself.

Nienna: No offense, Rina, but a kameki with a permanent residence?

" Well, I am almost certain that you so not need to actually take residence in Malinor, but you would need to be there for Malinor when they need you. I am ready to be here when ever Malinor calls to me." Rina nods at Nienna, with a bright smile full of confidence.

Arzota watches from within the thick crowd, a slight smirk on his face as he contemplates this coincidence. Without any further wait, Arzota nods to Kehl, a fully formed grin on his face by this point.

Azel as usual listens in quiet and sighs, he steps forward to speak to the large crowds.

"These two Elves did not step down due to weakness, they stepped down because of the greed of the other Council members. It is not the time for Elves to throw ourselves forward for power, we must unite as a people and help one another where we can. If we all decide it is time to step forward for power, than we will only be more divided, by both greed and by our kind. It is time the Council does something instead of standing around and shouting to the heavens their past glories! It is time that something is done about this situation, not past events! If you so easily shout about becoming a Council member, than I could be one! Nienna Calm, Arzota, Alieu! They could all be council members, for they all are members of Malinor and they have proven themselves as valuable to our people before! Hell, even the ignorant Kalenz has shown this!"

Azel steps down, satisfied with what he said and he walks over to Arzota, noticing he is in the thick of the crowd he pushes his way to him.

"Will you ever become a Prince?" Azel whispers to him in question.

Alandri shifts her gaze to Rina, watching her intently as she stands in the back of the crowd. A small smile on her face as she contemplates stepping forward.

Arzota whispers right back, still smiling

"I think this pushed it over the edge, we NEED council members, and Kehl isn't an idiot. Like I said, give it a day... there will be results..."

*Salamandra runs home, and puts on his cute little bright pink cape, and takes one of his more elegant staffs before running back to enter.*

"I shall take the title of prince! Haha!" he states, and touches the butt of his staff into the ground.

"My first royal decree: Forever shall there be peace between gobo and elf! HUZZAH!"

*And with this, Salamandra leaves.*

Khel looks up at Rina and smiles as her speech finishes.

"Rina I am sorry you can never be a prince. It's simply impossible. All the combined science of the mali'aheral cannot make you a man, I am sorry. Princedom is never in your future."

"However, you can become a princess! Once we deal with this war we will be looking for new members of the high council. Rina, despite your strange yet quite interesting ways I see a peaceful rational mind. I trust that you could do better than I at this. In the future we will create a way to replace those that were lost, then maybe princessdom is in your future."

Rina smile brilliantly with her compulsively cleaned and white teeth, she cannot help but raise her arms a bit in victory and make a "squee" noise in front of every one, but then her face come back to serious and addresses Khel directly.

"With so very little council members as of present, it might be wise to add new council members now, for no war should be handled with so few hands. With more hands, we can support Malinor and keep it from toppling over into the pit of nether presently known as Oren. "

Gorbo sighs, his face contorted in a visage of true confusion.

"Iv da goboz agh da twiggehz am hozh... den wud da skah wull Gorbo du wid hiz time?"

Azel realizes what he said was ignored and he already can see others reaching forward to grasp for power through his minds eye. With a sigh, Azel turns and leaves, heading down to the Mali'ker distract to be alone.

"Another peaceful council member... Something we do not need. Hell, the two who claim to be warriors cannot even handle a war properly... Quite a clever way to gain power Kameki... Clever indeed to mask it with innocence."

Azel laughs to himself as he enters into the farthest and deepest reaches of the district to meditate on the current situation.

Khel gives her a nod

"You're right, I'll go inform the council now"

He takes off at a sprint to who knows where

Orym listens intently before speaking.

"If the council were to recruit more princes and princesses, I beg of them to recruit at least one prince or princess that is highly involved in the social community of mali. Malinor needs a strong link between the people and council, or else we will surely fall. You must listen to the people more before acting, as the people are the ones you are acting for. I also think that it should be a balance, perhaps four mali'aheral, four mali'ker, and four mali'ame or three, or two, whichever you wish. I just feel that it should be even, or else more bickering will occur between the subraces. In this time we mustn't fight, we must unite!"

With that, Orym doesn't say much else.

Rina is oblivious to the fact that people do not realize how much ass she can kick at any given moment, she is, in fact, the leader of the Kameki. She just tries to talk it out before people of any kind get hurt. She looks to Orym, speaking plainly ,

" Subraces and skin colors do no matter in the slightest of ways, to truly unite we must drop our prejudice to each other just because one's skin color is different. The public should not bicker just because the council has an extra Mali'ker, or Mali'ame.. It is why people who know me would know that I rarely address some one as Dark elf or wood elf or even high elf, to try to set a good example to others. Equality is not based around numbers, it is based around acceptance and tolerance. "

Rina has come to the point where she feels that her time on the soap box is ending, and waits to be called down when she hears all she has said has soaked in.
