I have recently come to be the executor of a very influential man's will. I have been asked to sell his properties.. One is finished, the other is halfway done. These are both good vacation properties for any noble who may wish to get away for a time. Any person who wishes to view the homes may contact me at the Tanis Apothecary. ((Bird to tthorn3)) The first one is an unfinished manor. The manor itself is complete, however the adjoining building is not. It is large, defensible and has an excellent view of the ocean due to it's beachfront location. It is largely undecorated. The starting price for this piece of property is 2000 minas. If you wish to buy it immediately, 3500 minas should get you past the time and effort of a bidding war. The second piece of property is an island manor. This amazing piece of architecture has a dock ready-made, and enough room in it's halls to allow for additional rooms, partitions, etc. This is another good vacation or permanent home for any man of high means. The starting bid price shall be 1500 minas, and the buy now price shall be 3000. Let us start the bidding.
