((Will be doing a practice everyday basically, hopefully I can get a big one going today. I have tons of time for one today, and I placed it so both gmt and est players have the opportunity to come on. Also, this will be a two, maybe three hour practice. I will be introducing MANY new exercises and a new idea within these practices. I will be explaining this new idea once I had told kjell and Created the google doc for it.
